Phone screen was repaired nicely but engineer left before it was even restored so have had to try doing it for the last five hours myself.

Apologies for this inconvenience.
I just spoke with your technician as part of the investigation and he said, when he arrived, your device was not working and badly disabled. This has been booked in for a Screen repair and the technician was able to perform this nicely like what you have mentioned on the review.
Since your device was disabled and you do not have a back up , he has tried to help restoring the iTunes. However, this failed 2 times as this did not work using your Mac Book and you do not have a Windows Computer to try this on. Hence, your technician has no choice but to leave.
The Screen repair took 25 minutes only but he stayed for 2 hours to assist you on this for free.
Normally, technicians would charge the customer for a Software Fix which is £34.99, but your technician is doing this for all his customers for free as a courtesy.
Please know that your technician is worried about this comment as we take this seriously.
He did his best to give the best repair and tried to help.
Your technician is very much willing to help if in case you have issues with the screen he replaced.
iMend is dedicated in serving our valued customer, provide the highest quality repair.
If you check our website, we offer a full, comprehensive 12 month warranty on all repairs . With the exception of water damaged devices.
We hope to get a response from you so we can resolve what ever issues you have.

Great service! I called at 10.15 to book in the repair and within 10 minutes I had a confirmation that someone would be with me within the next 2 hours. By 11.30 Wu was on my doorstep and phone repaired by 12.00!

My wife dropped her Sansung Galaxy…
My wife dropped her Sansung Galaxy phone and cracked LCD screen.Was tempted to take to local repairer for speed but pleased I did not .Sent to Imend on Thursday pm received back Tuesday am in perfect order. This phone had previously been returned to BT under warranty for poor battery life, needed charging every few hours came back after one week and just the same, waste of space.Since returned from Imend battery has lasted 7 days before charging. they obviously know what they are doing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Does what it say it will. Quick and efficient service. A good system that seems to work well. Adrian is always attentive and polite and does a good job. And cheaper than a walk in iSmash service. Can ask no more.

Called IMend yesterday at about 5pm
Superb service. Called IMend yesterday at about 5pm. Had a call back within 5 minutes to say the Engineer would call to make an appointment, 10 minutes later he called and asked if he could come today at 3pm. All booked, he called again at lunchtime and asked if he could come earlier. He has been, repaired the phone beautifully, no fuss, no hassle. I would absolutely recommend IMend, they are professional, courteous, very competitive and their fitter was excellent. Five starts - all day long.

Second time I've used iMend
Second time I've used iMend - this time on my daughter's phone which I thought was beyond repair as the screen was so smashed parts of it were falling off! Looks like new now.
