Relationship manager changed and trying…

Relationship manager changed and trying to get quotes from new one or even contact was terrible also receptionist hanging up on me after my third attempt to get a response is unacceptable

Indeed, what else should they do other than provide the service I purchased? Accordingly, I give them four stars rather than five just to allow room for a surprise.

Joshua really went out of his way for…

Joshua really went out of his way for me. I was starting work as a subcontractor for a company and needed insurance on very short notice. He called me up after hours to help me and get everything sorted out in a short period of time and gave me very good advice and service. Highly recommend.

A Broker Who Actually Understands Complex Construction Risks

I recently worked with Firas Wahab from Gallagher (IMAR) to secure insurance for my business, SFM QLD Building Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome.

Our business operates in the remedial construction and defect rectification space, which isn’t always straightforward to place from an insurance perspective.
Firas was transparent throughout the process, took the time to understand how we operate, and worked through a number of challenges to secure a policy that genuinely suits our needs.

What stood out most was his responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go back to underwriters multiple times to clarify and improve key areas of cover.
He made what is normally a complex and frustrating process feel structured and manageable.

I would highly recommend Firas to anyone needing a broker who is thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome for their client.
