Very happy with the restoration of some treasured, but battered, family photos, dating from 1939.
Clear instructions given as to how to scan and upload the originals in the necessary format.
Also, a clear indication of the cost was given before ordering.

Communication between Neil & the customer Is excellent. All queries /questions were answered promptly.
With regards to restoration of the damaged/faded photos, Neil was very honest about what would be possible/achievable.
Prior to final payment I was given the opportunity to view all the restored/edited photos that I had submitted and then given the opportunity to discuss the possibility of any further changes / amendments that I would like.
The restored photos along with the originals were returned by special delivery via royal mail. I was very pleased to see that Neil used part of my postage envelope in the return package as I am very keen to recycle where possible.

A 73 year old black and white image originally a 4ʺ x 3ʺ print scanned by myself with all the deteriorations of age, folds, fuzzy etc restored by Image-Restore.co.uk to produce a 12ʺ x 8ʺ print with which I’m delighted. I had a very valuable photograph of my wife as a baby, 70 years old,. It was a very poor quality, faded and lots of creases and tares.
