Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
For the last 15 years, we have been the largest specialist supplier of alternative inkjets and toners, however, we now also offer a full range of IT hardware, software & peripheral IT solutions to all types of business, corporations and public sector organisations, including those working in education, healthcare or government. We helped change the landscape and now supply printer inkjets & toners that can save up to 80% to some 250,000 businesses, schools and colleges across Britain. This work has 'encouraged' many printer manufacturers to start reducing their costs. We are now changing the landscape again within the IT hardware market, by providing top specification, top quality IT hardware solutions such as laptops, desktop PC's, tablets, printers, both brand new & refurbished (with long warranties) at unbeatable value! More than 90% of our own products are not only better value but also 'green'. Many have always been recycled but we currently have the largest, fully encompassed range of refurbished printer inkjets, toners & IT related products. This saves pressure on landfill sites and conserves precious energy, without in any way, reducing print quality or system performance.

What it says on the tin ...
My order of Canon consumables was dispatched in a timely manner and sent via Royal Mail parcels, which, for all their problems, are considerably more reliable that certain other courier firms I have encountered ...
The price was competitive and, in essence, IJT Direct appears to be what it says on the tin, and very obviously, have humans behind the operation. Well done!

Not their biggest customer.
I am by no means a large customer but I have used IJT for, I think, it must be well over 20 years and have always received simple, effective treatment of my orders for ink and, occasionally, tech gadgets. The order process is simple and, except for weekends, it turns up the next day. If the quality was not right for the price paid, I would not still be using them and I expect to continue to do so.

I had a problem with DPD not attempting to deliver your package, a member of your customer services Izzy dealt with the couriers, and was very professional in her dealing with my complaint. It was through her intervention, that the situation was eventually resolved.
