Price increased
Would not let me book with original quote despite it saying valid for 30 days.
Paid nearly £100 more as I waited a week and price increased.

I’d like to clarify that while your original quote is valid for up to 30 days, this is contingent on no changes being made to the information provided, including the policy start date. If any details are altered within that period, the new quotation will be recalculated based on the current rates available at that time, which can result in either an increase or decrease in price.

Not so good when you try to contact customer service
The site is easy to negotiate but thats as far as it goes. I have tried to change my name, easy to do attached a photo of my marriage certificate, press submit (whoops somwthing went wrong) try again (whoops something went wrong. Personally I am not sure what went wrong. I filled out the necessary details and attached the photo. So......I emailed customer services, that was two days ago. No acknowledgement of my email, absolutely diddly squat. I have now sent a second email. In both emails I included all my details and attached a photo of my marriage certificate. Why is everything such hard work?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid these at all costs.
I have no idea who is rating these guys anything above a 1*.
Someone reversed into my pregnant partner over 6 months ago and we are still waiting to hear back. Ive been passed from this company, to the solicitor and back before being sent to Aviva. I then got sent around their whole office with absolutely no response. One guy even said 'I don't even know why you've been passed onto me'. The solicitor that deals with no fault claims has passed it back and no one has a clue what's going on- some couldn't even locate the polciy.
Impossible to work the live chat, the agents dont answer, the phone cuts you off. Absolutely abismal service.
Save yourself the time and money and just go somewhere else.

Asking customers to send a scan or picture of their driver's license via unsecure email.
Attitude of staff member I spoke to about the request for NCD proof and drivers license details.
Policy cancelled in less than 24hours after purchasing the policy online.

Can't get hold of anyone on the phone
Can't get hold of anyone on the phone, or live chat. Can't make changes to the policy online either, site crashes.
Phone number on the website disconnects before connecting to anyone. When you try a live chat, it shuts down before connecting to an agent and the website my account section doesn't allow changes.
Terrible customer journey, please contact me i want to cancel my policy!!!

Really terrible company to deal with
Really terrible company to deal with. Had a no fault claim which didn't proceed anywhere two years prior to signing up with this lot, which led to two spurious admin charges and a lot hiding behind small print when I challenged things. Strongly recommend to avoid.

Awful
Awful - avoid at all costs! They charge for absolutely everything. They were the cheapest on a price comparison site but with all the charges they ended up being more expensive. I cancelled my policy and ended up with a £145 bill. Its worth spending an extra £20 or so with another insurer.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. They send through a quote and I decide to go ahead or not. When I check around I find them to be competitive and have stayed with them now due to the quotes. Never had an issue in all my time with them
