Not worth money

It looks fun on website but for high fly is only a few feet higher. Waste of money for high fly. Also goggles cut my kids face. We asked for full face helmet and they said goggles are better. 👎 prices are way too high for what it is. It’s nothing like skydiving 🪂 won’t do it again because of to high price and high fly isn’t a high fly. 15 feet high is nothing. Waste of money. Take your kids or friends to a theme park and have more fun than IFLY. 👎👎👎

Over-priced and unethical

I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with the Oakville location. The “surge” pricing model is a complete scam. I tried to book the flight time at the regular price and when I went to check out, that option was no longer available and I had to pay almost $200 more to go 30 mins later. I ended up rescheduling to an evening non-surge time, but was not refunded that additional money or offered any kind of credit.

Then after paying $200 pp in our party ($800 total) for the deluxe package, at the end of our experience I was told that I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $85 for extra high flights. I was never informed that I would be charged for anything additional.

The whole experience lasted about 45mins for the 4 of us and cost close to $900!!! This place gouges its customers and has extremely shady pricing practices. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.

I purchased a voucher

I purchased a voucher , in the period of this 6 moth time i broke my shoulder as with broken shoulder you cant use this activity. called to costumer service asked for extension , they asked me to pay extra money how bad they are , shocking .

OVERPRICED FOR A 20 SECOND FLIGHT!!!!

Awful overpriced experience all for a short 20 second flight?! Absolutely disgusted after paying £120 for two flights and video/photo package. The video included a longer intro to iFly of random people than the actual footage of my son flying PLUS when he elevated to the top of the chamber the camera didn't follow him and he was out of shot!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

Loved the actual experience and the…

Loved the actual experience and the instructors! We did this for my son's birthday. However, they convinced us to pay extra to have his pictures taken, and we never received access to them. I reached out 4 or 5 times to try and connect with someone to help us, but no one returned my calls or emails. Disappointed in the customer service. Never did get access to Griffin's pictures from the experience.

They screwed me over in several ways. Then after hosing me, the validation of my parking didn’t even work so there was another 15 dollars. They scam you every way possible. A bs origination.

I bought a "flight" for my husband so…

I bought a "flight" for my husband so he could experience the feeling of parachuting without danger.
We booked a time, got there, and waited and waited waited.
I wouldn't wait more than 15-20 minutes at a doctor's office. I certainly won't wait an hour or more for a "booked" flight.
This was a long time ago, so I have a voucher now because we actually checked-in for his flight.
I went to their website and couldn't find out anything about the validity of the voucher. I believe it was never to expire.
Anyway, after entering the voucher# on their website, I waited and waited and waited yet again. Just a spinning circle that never gave me any information.
I know they exist because we actually went there. My issue is with their website. I should be able to find out if my voucher is valid.
I have their website on a different tab from this review; it's still spinning. UGH!

IFLY San Antonio

We went to IFLY in San Antonio. Best experience, Jon and the GM were so friendly, kind and patient!!! GREAT experience !! We had a 5 and 7 year old who flew High and loved every second of it. The 2 year old got to suit up and wear a helmet. It was worth it to see the smiles

I booked one full hour in the tunnel…

I booked one full hour in the tunnel for one adult and 5 children . I was specific on spending the full hour in the tunnel . The person that booked this for me said yes one full hour ! Not 30 minutes for gear then 26 min to fly . It was all exclusive for one full hour in the tunnel, I repeated myself several times and confirmed that it would be one full hour in the tunnel. All they got was 26 minutes. So I called them to see if maybe we could get half our money back because it was over $1200 They said no sorry about the misunderstanding. I will never refer nor go to this place again .

My wife and I had an amazing time …

My wife and I had an amazing time and the experience was memorable I want to give a big thanks to the instructor Daniel very welcoming and professional made us feel at home.
Definitely we'll be back again.
And a big thanks to his coworkers as well sorry imbad with names but I'll see them again.

IFLY FRISCO
Don't go to iFLY in Frisco if you have a LARGE group of children or a HIGH-RISK group of children, and you are a NON-PROFIT organization.
My agency took 52 children on Thursday, March 14th. This was out second year and second time to visit. Last year iFLY worked with us and ALL the children that we took were able to have the experience of indoor sky diving if they wanted, AND, we received money back for flyers that were too scared to fly.
We chose to bring homeless children from various housing situations including emergency, domestic violence, and protective custody to iFLY again this year for spring break to get the children out of the shelters and build their confidence and self-esteem. There were multiple challenges along the way that were outside of our control - the school buses the district provided to transport the children arrived late; paper waivers and releases had to be registered under my name so as to protect family members anonymity - we had the paper documentation as backup; and, we had a large group of children of varying ages excited and impatient to have their turn.
My first interactions were with Troy Anders who was amazing and went over and beyond to give the children the experience of a lifetime. I appreciate his prompt responses and willingness to do everything he could to assist us. Troy was my initial contact in making arrangements. Unfortunately, things went sour when he wasn’t in the picture. I don’t think iFLY really wanted to accommodate us. After being in touch with other employees, particularly Crystal Jacobs, the manager at IFLY in Frisco, it became very clear that she wanted to have nothing to do with our group and was rude and insensitive with our children.
Crystal became angry immediately when we started to check children in and although 70 kids names were on the computer the computer said waivers were not complete - waivers which had already been completed by me.
We waited for over 25 minutes for a decison to be made about our group as the children became, anxious, impatient and restless.
Other iFly staff came out and the flyers were amazing and wanted to work with us and make the situation work, but it was clear that Crystal was angry and did not want us there. I think she would have been happy if we left. I heard the flyers suggesting ideas as to ways to work with us, but Crystal would have nothing to do with us.
After 25 minutes, Crystal came out and said she would only let children that had waivers completed on the computer fly - even though we had 70 children listed and it had taken me 2 ½ hours to enter 70 names. She would look up a name and if it had a waiver, she would put a band on a child, and if a child didn’t have a waiver, even if it was a brother or sister, she would tell the child that you aren’t in the system, and you cannot fly. As you can imagine, children were devastated and didn’t understand why their siblings got to fly but not them. When I asked if I could re-enter and add these children, Crystal said, “NO!”
Children were lead outside crying not understanding.
There were more children in the system, but Crystal said it was too late, the kids missed the required training even though there were trainings every 30 minutes and other people, children, families were flying during our time there.
When I asked about getting our money back, Crystal retorted, "You were late, and you aren’t getting ANY money back."
It is clear that Crystal has no idea how to work with children in trauma and is lacking in empathy despite the children's tears. The children's spirits were crushed. I paid almost $2000 for 50 children to fly and only 24 were able to fly that day and no refund was offered and no one came to talk to the children.
If you have a special needs group, a large group or a non-profit, iFly is not a place you will want to bring children expecting to be treated with respect and empathy.

Mel was extremely helpful

Mel was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable with all my questions. She went above and beyond in her customer service - such a refreshing change in today's service industry. This will be our second time to fly and we have kids from 15-11 yrs. They are thrilled to fly again. Thank you!!

Very expensive

Very expensive, you pay £58, for someone to hold you for 2 minutes, then if you really want to fly higher than 1 meter, you have to pay £20 extra, but wait, it's within your 2 minutes allowance. A rip off.
Also the guy who do the highfly, is extremely rude, he passed by me, nearly knocked my phone off my hands, no apologies, just went downstairs.

GO TO I FLY

The fling was so fun i recommend it my instructor tommy turbo he is such a great instructor i highly recommend him.In only 14 minutes i went from a 0 to a 5 and am going to go back soon. I think he is the best of the best .THANK YOU I FLY!!!!!!

Huge scam

Wish there was an option to give zero stars. This is a scam. Not sure why it’s called i fly as there is no flying involved. The instructor holds you the entire ride so you don’t actually fly.You are literally a few inches from the ground .They then ask you to pay an extra £20 on the spot to have the chance to fly for couple of inches higher for a whole 6 seconds. What a rip off. Don’t recommend this experience at all. It’s a scam . I am surprised there is some positive feedback. Must be from ifly team surely.
