After contacting the i4c Publicity Ltd. from an Internet search, I found Ellis to be very responsive & helpful. i4c created a design for a 30mm circular lapel badge as per my instructions, the next day. Then they created a modified design as per my instruction, again the following day. I placed an order and received the 100 lapel badges, each one within a small seal-up plastic badge, within about 4-5 weeks. I was very pleased with the service I received from i4c & Ellis. I will, in due course, place another order. Thank you i4c Publicity Ltd.

Design process was simple and accurate but result was disappointing
Our reasons for low scoring was that we ordered pin badges in 30mm which were slightly higher priced than the 25mm size as we had a fair bit of writing on them.
We paid for 30mm but then when they arrived the badges are barely 24mm and as thought,the writing is tiny.
I have twice emailed the company to let them know our disappointment not only in the size but obviously if we had wanted 24mm we would have paid for 24mm not 30mm,but have not had a single reply from them
I now have 200 badges which aren't what we ordered

Really happy to recommend these guys. They weren't just helpful, they really understood the outcome I was after. The embroidered patches they made for us were possibly even better than the proof artwork!

Next time we need custom patches, I'll be coming straight back.

I ordered some pin badges, the design process was simple and communication was good.
I was advised of delivery dates etc and they arrived as promised.

Absolute 5 star service from initial enquiry to delivery. Fantastic help and service during the set up stage. Being a company based in England made it easy to contact them and discuss various designs over the phone. At various stages the design was sent via email for me to comment on and change if necessary, and all free of charge. The final item, was just as I ordered and all at a very good price. I would 100% recommend this company.

The service took quite a long time however we are really pleased with the results and our account manager Ellis was very helpful, patient and thorough.

Supplied our Bowling Club with club branded ties and blazer badges. They were of excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I was recommended i4c and they didn’t disappoint.
I emailed a design and they emailed back the draft including colours.
Once I was happy I placed my order and they then sent an invoice via email, I paid and the badges were ordered. I was advised delivery might take upto 4 week, once the badges were in the country I was then contacted again to confirm delivery address once this was done they were despatched and I received the next day.
