The site is easy to use, and check out is too, good range of horse treats, the delivery service thy use let you know when they are coming and the name of the driver they all way delivery in the time frame, only think wrong this time once I got the box inside notice that it was wet down one corner think something had wee on it , this was not a problem as I disinfect every before open and all the items, I would use this company again

My order was out of stock which caused a lot of anxiety as my dog is on monthly injections. When it came back in stock hyperdrug delivered it fast and safe. Thank you hyperdrug for safe delivery.

Great experience, easy to order and fast delivery which included a cooling pouch in the envelope. My new go-to for veterinary products for my dog. Thanks 😊

I ordered these products on 01/09/26 and it took 10 days to deliver via the post office..received on 10/09/26. Pretty poor.

Happy with my purchase, speedy delivery! Thank youuu 😊

Order was delayed as pharmacist made a mistake when reading the precription. Now the order has still not been dispatched 6 days later

Great service and quick delivery

All good and much appreciated - thank you

Always quick reliable service from this company. Sometimes its a bit tricky finding a specific product on the website but this is a minor criticism.

Website easy. Fast delivery with update. Simple to pay with Paypal. Competitive price.

Very easy to order, vet easily connect my dog’s prescription to the order number and no issues. Use this company on a regular basis as reliable and quick. Only complaint would be Royal Mail delivery hit and miss if they post it through the letter box or leave it on the doorstep.

So much cheaper for flea treatment than our vet ⭐️⭐️⭐️

On time at good price.
