Great sales and service! I’m currently juggling a lot of trades and purchases for a big renovation of my flat and I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the day after I didn’t complete my purchase online because the guy was able to hold their courier back and give me some more time to finish my work and speak to my contractor about the soundproofing so I could get it the next day. This has given me valuable time to get ahead of works starting at the weekend!

The only reason I’ve marked down 1 star is because I was inundated with automatic emails after making the purchase and the courier stages. I ordered a lot of packs to use as ceiling soundproofing, so received an email for every pack that was dispatched, which is something you might want to look into.

I also find the general price of soundproofing materials from all suppliers of foam products to be exorbitant! 60sqm of foam should not be costing over £1k! But I was surprised that this company that does more aesthetically pleasing sound panels came in better value than any building merchant I could find online. And the merchants could only do a delivery in 5 business days!

Will try to remember to update this post once the panels are up and how good they are at soundproofing.

Product was what I expected and was delivered next day, which was a nice surprise. Some of the acoustic foam tiles differed slightly from each other in size pattern and shade. This was no problem as these were for a small working amateur studio and not a showroom, but the reason for dropping a star. I was able to manipulate them gently to match the sizes, so now hardly noticeable. The tiles were fixed to the wall with double sided carpet tape, which worked very well. Adhesion to the tiles was excellent. The tiles come ready to use and there is minimal odour. The sound deadening qualities of the tiles is noticeable and the blue colour chosen matches the room decor. With a bright light shining on them there is a slight sparkle, which I don’t mind at all.
