placed a small order to test out the company before potentially placing future larger orders. Got an invoice for the goods stating a price and free delivery. Paid for the goods nothing arrived.
Waited a few days then chased up via their web chat portal. Was advised they had received the money but had not shipped the goods and advised me it would be another $80 for shipping. The invoice clearly states free shipping.
They then offered a refund. Then said they were having "unspecified errors" in making the refund and that i had to sign up to a certain bank to get the refund.
I declined and i'm still out of pocket and now they wont answer my messages. I hope not but i fear i've been scammed.....

A scam - they cover themselves well with the fake reviews and whatnot but the reality that if you place your order that is the last you will hear from them. They will not rely to email, their chatbot is a fake.
