Really happy with our bed frame and the service provided. We ordered the Hilton ottoman bed frame during lockdown.

We were made aware of delivery timescales and delays upfront (due to Covid) but we were notified within 48hrs of our delivery date which suited me fine.

The service during ordering and delivery was really good. And the quality of the bed frame is amazing. You need to construct it yourself but the pieces are really heavy and of good solid quality and the finish is lovely.
It was really straightforward to put together. Just over an hour. Basic tools needed.

Overall price very reasonable, service good, bed looks amazing and way more expensive than it actually was!

Love, love, love my boy’s new bed! We ordered the Linear wingback small double in silver velvet, in the middle of the pandemic. I had questions about ordering online as it gave me the option of ordering buttons which I didn’t want, and I had a prompt response from Hugo and sons. The bed was delivered in the exact time frame given and the delivery driver was fabulous and helped me as much as he could within restrictions. Being a single mom putting the bed together I needed a bit more help than the instructions sent with the bed. I emailed them (7.00pm) and again had a email back the next day with more detailed instructions. I will be saving up to order my bed from them very soon!

I was a little unsure ordering a bed on line but our experience was very positive. I had already read all the FAQ’s so I understood the order would be placed and would not hear anything until delivery was to be arranged. This is exactly what happened and within the final week that was given as estimated delivery the process was initiated for the bed to be delivered. Bed is gorgeous, very good quality, we bought the super kingsize chesterfield ottoman bed which is great. All said, we did have a minor defect with the bed, this can happen of course and this for me is when a company differentiates, when there is something that requires attention. I contacted Hugo and Son and explained the issue we were having and sent some photos, it was simply a misalignment of the bed frame and this meant the mattress wasn’t quite level as the frame wasn’t flush with the base. Minor but needed addressing. We were contacted and advised they were trying to arrange a home visit to rectify this. A follow up phone call saw two lovely gents arrive with two new bed sides so they could swap these out if needed as part of the realignment and it was actually better for them to do this, so the sides were replaced and within 30 mins the bed was totally aligned. Again, this was a minor defect which can happen but the important factor here isn’t the defect, it is how it was dealt with and this was dealt with extremely well and with the right kind of aftercare you would hope for, but quite often do not get. Great service all round and the bed is beautiful, very good quality and the minor defect all fixed up within a week of reporting to a very high standard. Highly recommend & will be purchasing further beds from them in the future.

My bed from Hugo & Sons is amazing! Great value for money, easy to assemble and looks incredible. Will be ordering another for my spare bedroom in the coming months. Would highly recommend.

I would love to leave a good review but having cancelled my bed due to the waiting times they have ignored all my emails asking where my refund is.
No contact tel number anywhere to call. Ive even messaged kn facebook and Instagram. Please pay my refund.

Just received my Sleigh bed in navy velvet. It was so easy to put together, everything just slotted into place, took less than half an hour. The bed is stunning, great quality and sturdy. It looks far more expensive that it is and if it was sold by one of the big brand companies, I’m sure the price would be more than double. It really is a beautiful bed, I would highly recommend Hugo & Sons, you won’t be disappointed.

We had our Sleigh Ottoman delivered with the wrong parts and no instructions. The company have responded via email and we are awaiting replacement parts. The bed itself looks lovely and we are looking forward to getting to use it when the parts arrive.
Update: Replacement parts arrived and bed is now fully functional and looks great. Just a shame that the company have still not had the courtesy to reply to our latest email despite them objecting to the honest review that I have written.

Came within delivery time and in perfect condition! Needs two people to be put together but definitely worth the money and couldn’t be happier!

I Ordered the Hilton Bed in silver chenille and I was really scared first that the colour would look darker in real life but that was definitely not the case. The silver chenille is just like the photo on the website and matches my room perfectly. The bed came within the specified time frame it says on their website. It can be a bit of a wait but It is definitely worth it for a CUSTOM BED.

Hugo and sons answered my queries via email in good time regardless of lockdown and were really helpful. I can not fault their customer service. Their Instagram was really useful for me for ordering because it’s full of genuine customer photos and a lot of them have duvet and pillows on the bed etc so I had a better picture of what my bed would look like with the accessories.

Me and my partner easily put together the ottoman bed! It is absolutely great for storage inside (I finally have a place to store all of my shoes!)

The quality of the bed is amazing! I will defo be repurchasing from Hugo and sons for my spare bedroom :)

Great customer service! Took 7 weeks to come but the time frame was stated on the website so we knew we would be waiting. Sturdy bed, looks amazing and easy to assemble (although it 100% requires two people!). Came packaged great, easy to get up the stairs too! Delivery drivers were extremely kind and careful. Couldn’t fault the service!

I brought the Hilton Super King with gas lift storage. The bed is beautiful, stunning in fact, delivery was longer than normal due to Covid but all email communication was answered. Would defiantly recommend. Instructions could be a little clearer that’s all.

Was very happy with our girls beds they are absolutely beautiful and we love them , Hugo and sons replied to every email we sent , we ordered , 7 weeks later they were here So so happy thank you Hugo and sons 😊

Was a little bit worried due to the bad reviews on here. 6 weeks and 5 days later and my Chesterfield Sleigh Bed was delivered this morning around the estimated time. Delivery drivers were polite, told us how to put the bed together and bed was perfect! Didn’t need instructions was super easy and took around 10 minutes to put together. I am in love with my bed it is so sturdy, no problems with it at all. Thank you!

I ordered THE most beautiful bed. I paid alittle extra to have the velvet and omg when it came it took my breathe away. It’s beautiful. I can smell the wood and the velvet. I’ve just decorated my bedroom and this super king velvet bed is now a show stopper in my room. The customer service was second to none. I would recommend to anyone....beautiful stunning beds, handmade. Pure luxury with excellent customer service....what more can you ask for?

The customer service was great they answered all of my questions, sent me photos of the different styles and patterns and kept me updated with delivery. I ordered The Hilton Bed and a mattress and it’s not only stunning but so comfortable and looks luxurious. The only thing I would say is although the bed is relatively easy to assemble the instructions were not very clear however we managed to put the bed together simply regardless.

I have now purchased two beds from Hugo & Sons and am absolutely delighted with both. I would thoroughly recommend this Company for their beautiful beds.

After searching for ages for the perfect bed I was directed to Hugoandsons on insta and I couldnt be happier.The service has been amazing from ordering to answering my emails/dm's to delivery.I ordered this bed during lockdown and it came well in the time advised and was delivered safely.My bed is amazing it looks beautiful is so well made and was super easy to put together it's totally made the room!.I could not be happier

After looking for months for the perfect bed.. I finally found one and placed my order.. I’m heartbroken that I didn’t see the long delivery wait due to the current situation not there fault.. but I might have to cancel my order 😢
