Bought a 'silent' Honda generator. Quick and easy purchase by credit card. Immediate confirmation and delivery information, frequently updated. Next day, delivery information confirmed with a 1 hour time slot. Guess what? It arrived bang on time - and less than 24 hours after placing the order. Excellent generator and 'best value' (cheapest) on the comparison websites that one can run. Really impressive all round and would use HSSToolShop again, probably without looking anywhere else! Highly recommended.

One of the few places that stocked the part I needed (Makita branded circular saw for aluminium). Not only was it cheaper at hsstoolshop, the incredibly fast delivery time along with the ability to arrange a collection from the couriers depot at my convenience, makes this a company I'd recommend highly and would not hesitate to use again.

I have brought two items from HSS tool shop on separate occasions. Each time the price has been very competitive and the service is really good, they will be my first port of call and I would highly recommend them.

Everything arrived promptly and regular email updates kept me from worrying. My only issue is that there is nowhere I could see to put a purchase reference; in a busy warehouse this is a must before I can justify taking more product lines. Otherwise, a peerless operation.

Whoever they use for delivery service emailed prior to delivery giving options for leaving with neighbour, or in a safe place in the event I was not going to be in to receive. Got email in morning stating a 40 minute time window for delivery and arrived on time. Very good experience.

Bought a generator online, called to chat to make sure it was a real company! They couldn't have been more helpful, I placed the order at about 2pm and it was delivered to me before 9am the following day. I had never heard of HSS Tool shop before I needed to get a new jigsaw. I did some searches and they came out cheapest. I decided to order and really wasn't disappointed the delivery was quick and the price loads cheaper than anywhere else.

After deciding I needed a new drill driver and had decided to by a Makita a quick search on google revealed HSSToolShop to offer the most competitive price on the internet. I checked there website carefully to ensure that the item they were offering was the same specification as the model I had seen at Screwfix and sure enough it was. Another check and yes it was in stock and the price also included next day delivery so I hit the order button. HSSToolShop then used Interlink to transport my goods to me and after one text to my mobile giving me the option to rearrange delivery and a following text the next morning telling me that my item would be delivered between 8:30 and 9:30. Amazingly at 8:35 a delivery driver was on my doorstep and my purchase had arrived!
It had been packed well so had arrived it perfect condition, what more could I ask for.
