A very positive experience. Although the combi drill I ordered could be delivered the next day, I was going to be away so asked for a delay until after the weekend. This was readily agreed without a hitch. The delivery tracking system was excellent and I was given a one hour slot for delivery and could even track the parcel on a google map to my house!

The drill was very competitively priced so overall I'm very pleased with the quality and service from HSS Ltd.

Having dealt with a similarly named national hire company, I wrongly assumed that this was their sales division so any doubts I may have had were allayed, I needn't have worried.
The price I found was way cheaper than all the competitors - so much so, that I was half expecting to receive an ex-hire item!! ;)
