We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens Whichurch. We went in with our plan we had drawn up for our new kitchen. We met Lilian who looked at our plan and had our requirements sorted out in record time. It was a great experience with a very pleasant lady. The order was delivered on the day we agreed and in the time slot we were given.We found out when we started to fit the kitchen that we were going to change our original plan and needed a couple more units. I phoned spoke to Lilian and she had the additional units we needed sent out on the same day. Thats what I call great service. Well done Howdens.

Great service, kitchen Designer Paul was an extremely helpful making several alterations and helping us find the best solution and price. Staff in store and on phone were always welcoming and friendly. Great product knowledge and all round positive experience.

Howdens could not have done a better job for us. From first contact they were very professional, extremely helpful with excellent customer service. Special thanks to kitchen sales designer Paul Lee who measured everything up, advised us on the most appropriate kit (and not the most expensive) and did a computer visual. He also found us our super fitter Andy Pickering who did all the work while we were on holiday. Top work. Very satisfied indeed.

We made an appointment with Paul Lee at their Whitchurch branch to plan our new kitchen. Paul took us through the various options for the units and planned it for us. The pricing was very competitive we weren't pressurised into purchasing their electrical appliances or thing we didn't need.
