Howdens didn’t give me the right amount of flooring, gave me the same flooring but 2 different makes that didn’t fit together properly and then depending on which branch I went to the staff all had different options on whether what was sold to me was right or not.

Fran was excellent in helping redesign 2 kitchens I required for rental properties. Everything was delivered correctly. I couldn't ask for more.

I went into this local branch other day after my local joiner told me to only to get disrepected and followed round the showroom like i was a theif i asked the
Man behind the counter who was in charge as i was quite imtimated he brought a lad out i belive i heard him say russ as he called in to office behind counter but as i spoke to this lad who counter lad claimed was assistant manager he refused to listen to me and was very aggressive to me and when i asked for his name he told me i wasnt welcome in his buisness and tryed forcing me out of the door and then when i asked for his manager he told me he doesnt answer to anyone i will be taking this to further to the papers

I needed some bannister brackets and they price matched them with screwfix which saved me messing about . Top effort !

Always heard great things about howdens, nothing but perfect customer service going above and beyond for me ensuring I leave the store happy and with everything needed, honest couldn't recommend a better kitchen and joinery supplier. The lads in store are more than helpful not had service like this at any other suppliers yet, I will be using them for the foreseeable future for the majority of my jobs.

We used the Stanningley Depot, Mark Evans came out to measure our kitchen listened to what we wanted & went away planning the kitchen making sure he added in everything we especially wanted.

As I’ve never had to plan a kitchen before now, I was a little stressed making sure it was what we wanted, the costs was within reason & the end result was something we would love.

Mark kindly responded to my queries, Mark was friendly & easy to chat with making the whole process easier.

Extremely happy we picked Howden’s the quality of the units, worktops are fantastic.
I asked for space & have got lots of storage space now.

i thought the kitchen delivery would have 2 people to unload and carry into the house. its a good job i was on site to help. The customers are in their 80s, and customers should not be expected to help anyway.

Fran has been a pleasure to work with. He was informative, his communication was always timely regards visits to measure and choices on appliances. Fran delivered exactly what we asked for- a functional kitchen and dinning space that we love. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we highly recommend Howdens Stanningley.

We always get great service from Howdens Stanningley from start to finish Chloe keeps us informed regarding our customers and where we are during he process of the customer choosing there Howdens kitchen and appliances to the present and right up to the delivery of the kitchen.
When we phone the branch all the staff are always helpful and always professional with regards there manor and the way they deal with any query we might have any problems which is very few and far between is dealt with quickly i would highly recommend Howdens

We have just had a Howdens kitchen fitted and we are absolutely over the moon with everything from the design,service and actual kitchen!
We visited STANNINGLEY branch in Leeds and the amazing Chloe came to visit us,from the minute she stepped through the door we liked and trusted her.
Chloe turned out to be our saviour!
She worked with us to design our perfect kitchen for our ideal budget. She advised where we could compromise and where we shouldn't and her advice has been absolutely invaluable.
We had a couple of hiccups along the way (nothing related to Howdens) but Chloe was so calm and reassuring and helped us sort any issues.
The whole journey has been easy,everything has been on time and the quality of the units is fantastic!
We decided to go with Neff appliances and so glad we did,they are fantastic!
