I been using Howden’s Rustington for 4 years now and been very pleased on how all the team are professional and very helpful every time, we have a good laugh when I see them down the shop. Excellent service.

The only thing I would change is location to have a bigger show room for the kitchens that’s it.

I've been an account holder at Howdens for many years, and have used a lot of branches.
I'm currently using the Rustington branch and can't recommend them enough. Everyone in branch is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products they offer.
On one occasion I recommended that a client of mine visit the branch before purchasing a lot of internal doors, so that they could see which ones would be best and get a feel for the product. The client returned a glowing review of their experience in branch, which in turn filled me with confidence that the branch is looking out for their customers.

I have always had trade accounts with local suppliers. And when I moved to the Rustington branch a few years ago I found the staff to be very helpful and always polite and willing to go beyond to help me achieve with the designs and projects We undertake

Jo, the designer was friendly, professional and helpful.

She set out her design clearly, listened to my ideas and updated the plan as I considered alternatives. She offered helpful advice and found ways to accommodate my changes.

Seeing the materials/finish options, and the 3D design on a large screen in the office, was very helpful too.

Even though I stored my new kitchen for three months before it's installation, Jo still helped with last minute flooring and lighting decisions.

I've never been one to consider Howden's for a kitchen and have always chosen an independent supplier for a perceived better quality product and service.
My builder recommended that I gave Howden's a try and we arranged for Jo from Rustington branch to come round for a meeting and measure up.
From 1st visit to supply of the kitchen, which included several alterations on my part, I could not have been more impressed and would definitely return.
The finished product looks fantastic and tbh better than I expected and the service from Jo was fantastic, despite me changing my mind a few times.
Always patient and genuinely interested in what we wanted to achieve, never once pressuring us into signing or having products we didn't want.
We have recommended them on several occassions since and will not hesitate to do so in the future.

I like it in shop and people working there. They always nice and polite to help. But when I come to fit the kitchen, always I mean always things are missing and it’s so annoying. Product is fantastic but you need to do something with dispatching stuff from the warehouse. But it’s not just to Rustington shop it’s all of them.

Zoe and the howdens team are always great.Helpful and best prices and the designers are first class.

Service from the Rustington branch was great, however, the quartz worktops ordered through Howdens are a disaster. I was quoted 1 week from placing the order to getting the templating done then another week before they were fitted. Unfortunately it turned into 3 weeks from templating to fitting because someone forgot to process the order. The mirror chip worktops are lovely but templating using a sophisticated laser appears not to be ideal as there is a 10mm gap which has been (badly) filled behind some of them, no idea what the fitter smeared up the wall but it's still bleeding through after 3 coats of emulsion. Only option now is to cover the gap with upstands at extra cost.

Picked up a new dishwasher front only to get on site to see wrong one. Went back later and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Good friendly staff.

These guys are brilliant, the service is quite a essential.

We ordered new kitchen doors and managed to get them during a sale which made the job very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and there was no problem changing an item. Thanks
