Customer Service and support is excellent.
I had a couple of problems setting up my online account. Meg was very helpful and supportive owning the issue and keeping me up to date with progress. All resolved now thanks to Meg.

The WhatsApp method of communication is a great and very useful when you’re busy working. 👍

No problems with Refunds and returns.

Despite call at 8:15 morning call to say that delivery was arriving soon! The delivery finally turned up with a bewildered driver who called us four times despite being given the postcode, at 1m, mistakes due to under informed staff, and confusing billing process made the process of buying 12 oak doors and associated furniture a pain in the ass!! the Redish branch has lost my support. I'm moving to another branch! where hopefully I'll get better service.

The kitchen design consultant Shawn Courtliff was excellent in every way. He gave advice, handy tips and was very knowledgeable. Even though we changed the design 3 times, each time he came up with something wonderful. I cannot fault Shaun's customer service and dedication to his work.

We cannot fault Howdens Reddish and their excellent designer Shaun. Shaun produced an accurate design with suited our needs perfectly and looks great. He also coordinated the delivery and liased well with our joiners.

Iv only used reddish Howden’s branch a couple of times in the last five years as it’s been more hassle than other branches.
I spoke to a young lady Megan a couple of weeks ago since then Iv been in four times and my experience was she went the extra mile to make sure I was seen to quickly all my orders completed in as short time as possible. Thanks Megan your an asset to Howdens.

Still waiting for a update on my review after speaking to the manager regarding my disappointment with my kitchen and service received from howdens.

I’ve only recently opened a new account with Howdens as I’m self employed and if I take on work for another builder I don’t use my own account so unfortunately it gets closed but I visited the Reddish branch to open a new account about 6 months ago possibly a little longer anyway I found the member of staff that I dealt with , a young lady called Megan , was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about opening a new account and also very professional in dealing with me as a “new” customer and what Howdens could provide for me and what they stocked which I may need . Megan is a very knowledgeable and helpful member of the staff and has always been nothing but helpful when I’ve asked her about products and has organised my orders to be ready for collection or delivery on the day requested .

The company I work for used another branch for years, but I decided to visit this branch as it's local to me. From my first visit I noticed staff there have some of the highest level of customer service skills I've come across in trade. From the front desk staff to the warehouse staff and because of that and how helpful they are they are now the Companies go to branch. A*

I came Instore to purchase joinery chantelle and Megan was very helpful. They both were very knowledgeable

From the very start the service was brilliant, Shaun really got to grips and fully understood what i was after for my kitchen, I was shown several design elements that matched my ideas and proved the design i had had in my mind for a while. After measuring up his speed and detail on the design images blew me away, it really was how i had envisioned my kitchen to be, and there were only a couple of minor changes to make, to make it perfect. All in the kitchen came in well under budget and at least half the price of B&Q and Wickes, and with a much better, honest, decent, understanding service, i really can not wait for it to be installed.

5 star experience from Chantelle. Always helpful and very professional. Has excellent product knowledge. Anything you need you can get for you. Asset to your company.

Howdens Reddish is not our local branch, but after our local branch never returned our calls I gave up on Howdens until I received some advertisement mail from the Reddish branch, gave them a call, booked in a survey visit and got the ball rolling straight away with zero hassle... excellent!

Alexia was our designer, she did an amazing job turning our ideas of a Kitchen into a functional design. Myself and my Wife have never had a new kitchen or even tried to design / work out what we actually want from a Kitchen before, but luckily we were in good hands with Alexia who offered us advice and experience to make sure we designed something that not only looked amazing, but was functional and suited our needs.

All staff I dealt with at Howdens Reddish were brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough!
