How does this work
I went to two different branches and got served by three different people and bought the exact same product each time and three different prices they just make it up as they go along 🤔

Used the Gillingham depot and always found then to be helpfull.

The staff in the store (Gillingham branch) were so helpful

staff friendly and helpful. Given the pressure that they were under due to their main sale of the year they gave us all the time that we needed to design and change items.

Both Rachel and Lorraine at the Gillingham Howdens were a pleasure to coordinate with during my mum's design and decision making stages of selecting a new kitchen. Rachel in particular was very knowledge el and patient whether in person or over the phone. This is the 2nd Howdens kitchen at my parents home then first one lasted 15 years due to the high quality and robust materials and craftsmanship used. Here's hoping this one lasts as long and helps us create more amazing memories as a family. I'd highly recommend this branch and would certainly come back here for any future kitchen needs.

What a joke … must try harder if you expect more custom

I cannot praise Howdens Gillingham (Kent) branch high enough. Everybody I have dealt with there have been unfailingly helpful and polite, especially Mark the manager. Whilst fitting the kitchen I had come across a few problems which they dealt with straightaway to ensure customer satisfaction. A cheerful and professional branch which I unreservedly recommend.

This is the second time i have provided a justified one star review for Howdens Gillingham, purchased two kitchens recently and payed for in full on 27/11/ 24 and 17/12/24, both kitchens i encountered problems where i had items missing, restricting my ability to fit the kitchen for the paying customer and leaving them without the ability to cook etc, Howdens does not care about, that and the amount the fitter loses calling howdens and losing wages when units are missing or damaged, on the last two kitchens fitted many parts were missing from sealed packs, feet, legs, back brackets, etc, i brought this to the attention of the manager Paul Spendiff and he was not interested or did not provide an apology or reason for my and every other customer's inconvenience, i could not even have a private conversation with him when i wanted to to provided feedback to him about the last kitchen mess up, the customer ordered sandstone matt, and they supplied sandstone gloss , i tried, and the father tried to talk them over to a gloss kitchen which we did, the customer really did not want this, and all Gillingham branch was prepared to do do was give a £200 reduction for another mess up, Just asked for another quote for a kitchen, £3200 given for a small flat pack kitchen, manager Paul reduced to £2700, i said can you do the kitchen a little bit cheaper as it for my brother and i have just bought and paid for two, he made a little comment, its never enough and dropped the price to 2670 or there about, i finally purchased a better kitchen from another branch at £350 cheaper , i will never use gillingham branch again as customers have suffered from late deliveries before and held up the fitting process and the new manager Paul charges far to much, so i will not ever deter a customer purchasing a B and Q, Wickes or Wren kitchen again, i also had a massive problem with a Bromley delivered kitchen a few years ago that took four deliveries and left the lady without all here appliances over an Easter weekend, for four days and they would not answer there phone, i will never go to Gillingham branch, again, and i hope i never have to use Howdens again, Terry Purnell, Kitchen fitter,
