Great service and great quality products. Even when the client changed her mind about the type of handles for the kitchen units, it was a quick and easy process to replace those ordered with the required new ones. Would give 6 stars if I could!

The kitchen units were a good quality and kitchen fitter (Alan) was excellent. The worktops were a nightmare from start to finish (assuming it is now). The worktop was installed the wrong size and in 2 pieces as opposed to one. They ripped it out after a couple of weeks and put in another with a different size sink but no reply to the email from weeks ago. Just left to repaint and finish after the old one ripped out. The kitchen units are good but avoid getting a worktops here at all costs. Get your own worktops if you want a good finish.

Staff are Attentive and friendly very helpful. Nothing seems too much bother. I only opened an account recently and bought a kitchen from them. I decided to go elsewhere for my Worktops as Howdens are quite expensive in my opinion. I will certainly buy other items in the near future.

This has been my branch for years now and Kayleigh designs all the kitchens I fit. I would highly recommend them and she's never let me down. 10/10.

Been using this branch for alot of years. It's now running like a well oiled machine thanks to the staff now in place. Hardly any freebies anymore like pads and pencils and diaries but worth sacrificing for an efficient service.

Very helpful, had a good knowledge about their stuff.. Guided us perfectly.

Absolutely great company to deal with was unsure how to choose which company to go with but once I met Kayleigh I felt reassured right away.
Nothing was any hassle to her and the time she spent with us to get our kitchen the way we wanted was fantastic.

So grateful for all Kayleigh’s help, advice and guidance for our new kitchen. I recently bought a new build house and the kitchen was extremely unpractical. Kayleigh’s knowledge really showed when she first came to view the kitchen and created a full new layout which changed the entire kitchen and made much more use of the space, it’s completely changed the room. She was extremely approachable and was more than comfortable answering my questions throughout the process. We’re over the mood with the new kitchen and I can’t thank Kayleigh enough for her help and hard work.

Sean advised and recommend great suggestions to enhance our kitchen, to truly make the most out of the space we have.

Very poor service from Kayleigh designer at Hawbank road East Kilbride.

Kayleigh started out by explaining the training she has as a designer versus staff in B&Q and that I would be able to buy a kitchen from howdens knowing a designer has designed it. Which would have been great if Kayleigh had any ounce of attention to detail. Kayleigh failed to include appliances in the quote she provide verbally, despite us having a full conversation about which dishwasher and which washing machine I would prefer: this resulted in my kitchen being delivered without these items, this then caused a delay in fitting the kitchen and then imagine my shock when I was told I had to pay for these items as they weren’t included in the cost I had paid, even though i had a meet with Kayleigh before purchasing to confirm everything I picked including the dishwasher and washing machine. Kayleigh took no responsibility of her mistake and when I requested to speak to the store manager they also took no responsibility in Kayleigh l’s mistake and they hid behind the fact that the trade person is their customer and not me the person who directly paid for the products.

I don’t recommend anyone to use East Kilbride Howdens as their designers are incompetent, lack detail and vision and take no responsibility for their failures. Kayleigh failed to hear my requests for my small kitchen which resulted in me having a gap between my fridge and the wall, thankfully my trades company were more than competent and fixed her design faults.

Having work done to the house is stressful and you rely on people who have the knowledge and experience (is it is their day job), I should never have put trust in Kayleigh as a designer, she clearly has only been taught the system you use for design and actually has no design knowledge.

Howdens only care about passing the buck to someone else, they don’t take responsibility and essentially don’t care.

A tip for you Kayleigh don’t down talk another organisations when you made the same mistakes you said they would make.

Really happy with our new kitchen and utility room. The quality of products and service we receive from Howdens College Milton were excellent.

I made quite a few changes to my design and Sean made everything easy, nothing was a problem.

I would definitely reccomend.
