Awful company would never buy from them again and definitely would not recommend them aftercare horrible hot tubs got damaged on delivery months of calling them to get somthing sorted or them repaired only to get abused by a bloke called Tony at head office was told apparently I am one of them customers whatever that means !!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from Hot Tub Barn regarding the replacement lid for my hot tub.

I purchased a hot tub in 2020.

I contacted Hot Tub Barn last year to address the corrosion on my hot tub's filter lid. I was told I could buy a replacement lid for £142.55 or I was offered a replacement lid as part of the gold service package at £349, I eagerly accepted, expecting a smooth resolution to the problem as well as getting my hot tub serviced. However, the situation quickly deteriorated from there.

Whilst, the service on my hot tub was very good and the young man was very helpful.

When the replacement lid arrived, it was a completely different color from my hot tub. Lid was white and hot tub is a dark grey. Despite my initial complaint and their assurance that a correct replacement would be ordered, I was been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and ultimately a refusal to rectify the situation.

Over the course of several months, I repeatedly contacted Hot Tub Barn enquire about the status of the replacement lid. Each time, I was given vague promises and ultimately left in the dark about the progress of my request. In August months after being sent the wrong colour lid I was told that they couldn't get it anymore and I could either have a refund for the lid but I had to return the lid or they could try and colour match for me. Clearly I couldn't return the lid otherwise I would have no lid yet they refused to refund me for the lid or service.

To my disbelief, instead of acknowledging the mishap and offering a refund, I was met with denial and an attempt to shift blame by the General Manager, Despite providing evidence of the substandard service I received, the manager adamantly refused to accept responsibility for the error and even went as far as to claim that the replacement lid was provided as a goodwill gesture.

This response is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic integrity. Not only have I been left with a mismatched lid on my hot tub, but I have also wasted valuable time and resources attempting to resolve an issue that should have been addressed promptly and professionally by your company.

I would never recommend Hot Tub Barn to anyone and would suggest you look elsewhere if you are considering purchasing a hot tub.

I did reach out and explain I was going to put a review of my experience and was told they will respond with all of the steps they took to rectify the problem. I am very interested to see what these are as I have nothing but emails from me chasing them for answers.

Bought my hot tub from these guys during the pandemic in 2020. Everything has been brilliant, from the sales, delivery, installation, servicing, and after sales support. Always there and happy to help and give advice.

What can I say from the start to the finish amazing. Amazing customer service.

Now swim spa installed what an amazing product, build quality is amazing.

The only issue I have now, how do I keep my two teenagers out of the pool.

She answered all my questions in detail and her assistance was by far second to none compared to other competitors I also visited. Natasha went through everything in detail and did such a great service she convinced me a better model and one more suited for my needs. Her knowledge on the tubs and maintenance was wonderful to go through and her service was never a doubt. Highly recommended natasha and hot tub barns. I will be ordering! Visited hot tub barn today in Chelmsford. After buying a hot tub really needed some advice as have never had one before and to purchase some items for it. Really impressed with the show room, some stunning tubs on show, immaculately clean and impressive. Greeted by Lee upon entering who couldn’t do more to help, really took the time to explain things, source us some items including cushions and chemicals. No question was too silly or difficult. Very friendly, offered us drinks during our visit.
Come away very pleased, a bit more knowledgeable with some great products. So pleased we visited today rather than just guessing and trying to source online. Will definitely be back! Thanks Lee!

Refusing to replace a faulty lid. This is the second lid within a year. After sales is appalling and their attitude is a disgrace. Wishing I had now purchased elsewhere

Things have not improved following the change in management. I had the hot tub emptied and a service carried out this morning and it was a complete joke. £249 and he was here 1/2 hour and done 1/2 the job. I called him back three times and then gave up.

Excellent from start to finish, Especially helpful from Elliot on site, and even came out to house to explain how all works.

I found that the staff at the polehill site were fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the 2 gentlemen who delivered it was excellent. Also we used the recommended crane man Chris . I would highly recommend this place for buying a hot tub.

Claire at hot tube barn was absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Best advice and guidance without pushing for a sale. The installation team again were great they had a bit of a task to get the tube to the prepared site but just got on and got the task done. Really professional service took great care to explain how to use the tube and how to use the chemicals. Would definitely recommend Claire & the team without a doubt.
