Order chemicals over a week ago and was told when I called that they had lost my order so would send it out the next day still waiting.

Excellent delivery time from online shop. Would have preferred to visit your shop which is now not open for chemicals.

It took me a while to get through and find the right person, but when I had, very knowledgeable and helpful with advice on getting our hot tub going again (servicing not available till September!)

This company is without fault as Damian was so friendly and professional explaining our questions and the follow up about chemicals etc. The guys who had to lift the hot tub over the garage to get to the back garden were very professional extremely careful and the whole operation went without a hitch. Ordered stuff easily, price was fine, would have liked to know postage earlier. Notifications good although TNT reuse numbers so tracking showed it delivered before ordered!

I would like to say a big thank Marc Burns (Wickford office ) for all his advice and help and support with my hot tub .....even on his days off he helped with a few issues ..to make sure my hot tub was up and running ASAP.....
I would well recomend him if you are looking for a hot tub ...nothing is to much trouble .......thank you Marc .

This was our first hot tub purchase and after lots of research, we chose hot tub barn (Southend). Connor demonstrated great communication throughout from point of sale to keeping us informed re extensive delays. I must also mention the Chelmsford branch who were very supportive and professional when I was a little frustrated! We finally have our full order and couldn't be happier. The customer service including installation has been excellent as is the product, thank you.
