Great Beds and excellent Service
We have purchased many beds 0ver several years from zip and link ,doubles and single beds - always excellent quality and great service / delivery - plenty of notice/ information with regard to delivery, the company's customer service levels are of a very high standard26/09/2025.

Hotel contract beds having been providing our facility with over 50 mattresses per year for the last few years now. Price and delivery is spot on as well as the service. Highly recommend.

I have used this company for a number of complete beds, mattresses and headboards in 2 different parts of the country, including sending my own fabric for a custom build, and the service and quality is always excellent, deliveries arriving when promised and the drivers being very helpful. This time I ordered 2 x super kingsize mattresses and both the quality and service remain excellent.

They offered to deliver within a couple of days of the order but as I wasn't available we delayed to the following week which was easy to organise through the responsive customer service team. The mattresses are both excellent quality, we are all really pleased with the comfort and consider them to be very good value given the quality of the product.

I ordered two zip bed mattresses for my air B and B. They were very reasonably priced and my guests say they are very comfortable.

We ordered a zip and lock king size mattress (great for getting up a narrow staircase) after a lot of research, looking at and trying out other brands models for 2-3 times the price that hotelcontractbeds charges.
I’m really glad we went with them. Service was superb and the mattress (should that be plural) is (are) wonderful. Really well made, stitched really well and with exactly the right level of support.
We’ve had it for a couple of months now and it really has made a difference to our sleep. I’d frankly be hesitant to buy from anyone else now.

We recently ordered beds from Hotel Contract Beds for our rental property. When they arrived, a couple of small imperfections (a nick in the fabric and some glue on the base) meant they weren’t quite up to the standard we needed.

I contacted Nadia and Louie, and they immediately arranged for replacements to be sent. Their response was professional, prompt, and reassuring — exactly the kind of service you hope for when something goes wrong.

We’re now awaiting the replacements later this month and are very impressed with how the situation was handled. Thank you, Nadia and Louie, for turning this around so quickly. Thanks to Nadia and Louie, we feel very confident recommending Hotel Contract Beds to others.

We were very happy with a bulk order of mattresses and when I needed to change the order number they were very quick to change the need details. I would definitely use them again for our premise needs.

The staff were really helpful when I spoke with them prior to delivery regarding ascertaining an expected delivery time . Calls were returned with updates and the. When the bed arrived the driver was polite and helpful when unloading. We have always been 100% satisfied with any beds and mattresses we have ordered from hotel contract beds . So thank you

A whole pack of screws and the legs/wheels under the bed were missing for one of the beds. The delivery men were also very unprofessional — two men came but refused to carry the bed to the first floor of my house, instead asking me to do it myself. After that, they simply took a photo and left. Overall, very poor quality bed and extremely disappointing service.

Bought a new bed frame, noting it could cope with a larger framed person. Bed was easy to assemble, feels sturdy and robust. Delivery was quick and when they said it would be. Overall cannot fault product or service.

Louie and Kizzy were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable when I'd enquired and ordered a mattress. Nothing was too much trouble even though I'd rung a couple of times with extra questions,they were really lovely.

Eleven years ago we purchased two zip and link beds for use in our spare rooms. We were delighted with the beds when they arrived and all these years later they continue to be super comfortable. We recently mislaid a pair of the linking bars so contacted the company again and were immediately assisted, with new bars being on their way first class the same day. We can’t recommend these beds and the company's service highly enough.

I have returned to buy yet another of their pocket sprung drawer divans, as they really are unbeatable value. I have run B&Bs, holiday apartments and buy-to-lets for many years and could not recommend this firm more highly.

Buying a cheap bed is always a mistake as it costs more in the long run. You end up throwing them away after 12-18 months. These beds are really durable and stand the test of time. Some of mine are now 7 years old and still look brand new as I have them stain guarded. I always use a fully waterproof encapsulating mattress cover and rotate the mattresses. I also have them professionally cleaned once a year.
