Never again

I will never purchase anything from you guys or anything else so I hope other people see this too. You’re a hassle to try to return things. You’re not a good company. Any good company would accept any returns. You’re done with me.

LIFE IS SHORT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Ordered a manifold replacement and its been processing for two weeks and still hasnt shipped. You cant call them and talk to a person and the email form doesnt submit. Zero customer service. Could be a scam 100%

Update: They replied below but still zero response to my emails asking to cancel my order. No where on their site can you cancel your order so I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Such a hassle. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

What a deplorable way to handle…

What a deplorable way to handle customer service. Respond to me 4 years later with a generic excuse. I’m glad I’ve taken my business else where. I’m sure many here follow suit. Edit*** after going back to 2021 email I recall now what happened. First of all these people are liars just to make themselves look like they care or did their due diligence. I never purchased anything in 2019 as they claim. I made a purchase from their site in 2021 for items that were NOT marked as unavailable or back ordered…they allowed me to make the purchase and after they took my money notified me via email that the products I purchased were on back order. I asked for my refund and I got it. I left a negative review because they were quick to take my money but took their sweet time to give it back after I decided not to wait for 3 months for something I can just buy from another site which I did. From the growers house, they don’t put up items they don’t have in stock. What a novel idea. Horticulture Source needs to do a better job with public relations if they want to be successful.

You requested a refund, and we processed it promptly. Our website clearly marks items as "in stock," "out of stock," or "backordered" so customers can make informed decisions. While we understand frustrations with backorders, we do not hold funds unnecessarily and always issue refunds when requested.

Leaving multiple negative reviews after receiving a refund seems unnecessary, but we will continue responding to reviews with accurate information. We appreciate all feedback and strive to improve where possible.

Scam in the website also horrible customer service..

The gallon of nutrients I purchased arrived with a broken seal an was useless apon arrival an the website has a scam in it stick with growgeneration.

Great company, was hesitant at first

I ordered a large amount of pots, saucers and elevators. They shipped my order immediately, the freight shipment came in 3 days later. Not a single item damaged. I was really nervous about ordering from them, but now they have a repeat customer. Glad I used them over the competition and saved hundreds of dollars.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Took several weeks to receive my order both times I’ve used the site. Was charged extra for shipping beyond the price at checkout a week after purchase. Then was told the item I wanted was out of stock and the only replacement cost triple what the original item I purchased cost

damaged goods, no replacement or refund after 2 months

the aquarium pump I ordered did not work. IT has been two months now and I have still not received a replacement or any refund. Beyond terrible service.

I wish I could put 0 stars!

I wish I could put 0 stars as the other person has said. I would’ve loved to purchase some Gaia green all purpose fertilizer except I literally can’t even get to the product because the website is so horrible. I mean the website is just downright dogsh!t. Won’t load for sh!t, the pages go on FOREVER, won’t let you get to certain aspects on the website, it’s just all in all bad. And according to the other reviews, when you are able to actually find something and purchase it, half the time it isn’t even what it is supposed to be. Don’t associate yourself with the company whatsoever.
