I ordered pjs for Eid however it did not come as they said that the tracking number was lost then a week later they said they had none in stock.I went to check the reviews and it has happened so many times to other people.Plz do not buy from this place as they will scam you Aswell

Wish I had looked here before purchasing. Had same experience as others, nonsensical email about the tracking number being lost. I replied and was given the choice of refund or replacement, and I said I'd like a replacement order sent out. When I didn't hear anything for another day, I emailed again to ask if it had been dispatched and got the same identical email about royal mail and the tracking. I have now asked for a refund. It's stuff for my daughter's 21st which now I probably will not be able to get in time. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Same as everyone else ordered a sentimental gift for Xmas. They have no intention of delivery apparently royal mail lost this. Either this supplier is the unluckiest around or full of BS. The first thing they offered was refund leading me to believe this is a con. I have contacted not on the market and escalated complaint. I think any 5 star reviews on here must be bought as I can see how this is possible with the complete lack of care on my order. BTW this is the first negative review I've ever written!
Really disappointed
I have had a similar experience to many of the reviews here. I ordered a pair of PJ's for my 13 year old daughter for Christmas well in advance (26/11) with a 3-5 day shipping promise. They were confirmed via the 'Shop' App but then I received no update. I contacted the company a few weeks later and did get a reply to my e-mail to say they had been lost by the Royal Mail but she didn't have a tracking number. I was offered a replacement or refund. Based on the reviews here, I asked for a refund which has actually arrived today (19/12). Unfortunately, it means I won't get a much wanted gift for my daughter and it is too late to get a replacement. I get the impression the company is a Mother and Daughter business which has grown and perhaps they are unable to cope with the demand. I wish them well but I must say I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience and would never order again.

AWFUL AWFUL service. Ordered 4 baubles on first week of December which were worth a lot of sentimental value. Due to be delivers 9/12 but didn't show up. Owner said "royal mail lost in delivery" whereas royal mail said they never got it from the owner. Found out yesterday 17/12 I'd be refunded instead ....... Would not recommend at all. Poor service is an understatement.

I ordered from this company through not on the High Street. I ordered some personalised eye masks for my grandaughters. Very prompt response and confirmation of my order with tracking confirming I should receive My items by 6/12/23. Obviously this time of year prepared to give some leeway. I messaged the company 11/12 saying I hadn't received anything, the company were amazing, replying straight away, apologising and said they would contact royal mail to see what was happening. They messaged back to say royal mail were counting it as a lost parcel and asked if I would prefer a refund or replacement, I asked for a replacement which I received two days later and the products were lovely, my grandaughters will love them. Thank you hooraydays, great customer service !!

Received no update on when the item was dispatched. Had to email and then was told it had been dispatched but they had no tracking details.
I am now waiting for a refund but now being ignored by the company. Absolutely appalling. Avoid this company.

Ordered on 4 October through Etsy some birthday decs. Had email the following day to say items had been dispatched and would arrive by the 11 October from Fed Ex. 11 October came and went and no parcel. Contacted seller who eventually told me parcel had not been sent via Fed Ex but Royal Mail and they had no tracking number. Royal Mail couldn't find the parcel. I asked for a refund on the 13 October. Having not received it by the 24 October chased again to be told they had not actioned it. They promised I would be emailed today by 12.00pm with an update. This did not happen. Chased again and finally had an email this afternoon from Etsy cancelling the order and confirming a refund in 2-5 days! It strikes me that Hooraydays got every aspect of my order wrong from start to finish. This is my worst ever experience from any online company and would say, there are so many similar companies out there selling the same stuff, avoid this one.
Poor customer service
I ordered personalised PJs for my Bridal Party in Sept 2022, for wedding Nov 2022. They didn't arrive. I contacted them for a replacement, saying if it wasn't going to be received by a particular date, then to refund. Order never arrived.
A year later, Etsy still said 'Track your delivery'. I contacted them multiple times, and they gave various reasons as to why a refund was not possible. After weeks of chasing, I just got a refund. Their product might be great. Obviously I can't comment on that. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I placed an order for 7 sets of pyjamas on 15/8/2023 with next day delivery. Seller messaged me on 16/8/2023 to let me know the requested colours were out of stock citing a website error, but offered to check the warehouse for colours which would be available for dispatch that day. They then did not respond with the above information so I requested a cancellation of the order and full refund on 17/8/2023. Seller informed me it would take 2-5 working days for a refund. Refund was not received within this time so I messaged the seller again who told me there had been an issue with the refund. In the end I escalated a claim through PayPal to get my money back as I was not satisfied with the seller’s response.
From reading numerous reviews both on here and on their Etsy shop, it seems that stock errors/ long waiting times/items lost in post etc happen all too frequently, and lying to their customers seems to be normal practice. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother ordering from them!!!

Order never arrived, lies about replacement order
I had a similar experience than a lot of other customers. First I made an order (bridesmaid's robes) but it never arrived. After an inquiry, I was told that there was an issue with the tracking code and therefore the parcel was lost. I was promised a replacement product but I never got any confirmation about it being shipped. I tried to get in touch with the seller but only after making a help request via Etsy, I got a reply saying that they are waiting for new stock to arrive. This was never communicated with me when first discussing the replacement order - otherwise I would have immediately canceled the order and searched for similar items elsewhere.
Since a lot of these products are ordered for a wedding, receiving items after months of waiting is completely useless. Since there are so many sellers with similar items, I urge you to choose someone else than Hooraydays. For me it is probably too late to order similar products for my wedding but hopefully this review will help someone else!

My order for bridal party robes didn’t arrive in time for my wedding day despite the fact I put the order almost 2 months in advance and despite the fact the company confirmed I would receive my order in time. When I contacted them to chase it, they blamed the courier. This is not the customers fault. I had to do a rush order with a different company with only 24 hours notice. Since I have emailed customer services for a refund, I have not heard from them, nor have I received a refund. Can you imagine the stress and loss of expense this would have caused prior to the wedding? Would definitely not recommend this company!! Disappointing to say the least.
Still waiting on item
Still waiting on item. Have messaged them and takes ages for them to get back to me. Seems that they give you a wrong postal receipt on purpose so they can take longer to get back to you. If you are lucky enough to receive your item, it tends to be after your event as it takes so long to receive it.

Honestly stay clear of this site , ordered balloons paid extra for ‘tracking’ to make sure they arrived on day they said . Emailed them and they explained there’s was only a ‘slight’ delay , should have been here the Fri , part was the Saturday got them the Tues , really strange as don’t they realise even a ‘slight delay ‘ means the party is over !! Seriously .. also said it is only a ‘estimated ‘ date of arrival which is absolutely rubbish no where does it say that , and you paying extra for tracking and a quicker delivery 🤔
I like how you need to give them ‘one star’ before you even get to write your review !! So ignore one star I wouldn’t give them any .

Ordered a costume for my hen party. Had to contact to chance delivery told me they had sent a email never received one . Then again chased delivery said they was waiting for stock to arrive and would definitely be posted Friday . Friday came emailed again to get confirmation that it was posted no reply . I'm now without a costume for my own hen party absolute liers . Contacted PayPal got my money refunded. Don't bother wasting your time with this company.
