Always find items in amazing condition for a great price! Definitely prefer shopping secondhand and the online shop makes it so easy.
Though id like to go into the shop more often since thats a wonderful experience as well!

Lovely friendly staff. Good range of clothes. Fabulous ethos behind the brand - the desire to be truly cyclical - so most items are preloved. They have clearly been quality checked and are clean and attractive on the hangers. Great in-person shopping experience and a great website too. Also very present on social media. First things I bought were surprise bundles - amazing value for money and an actual thrill opening the mystery bag to find out what beautiful items have been carefully and lovingly selected for you.

I've been in to the shop & bought online on a few occasions. Everything I have bought has been in great condition & really great value for money. I've also sold some items too which is great to help with the clear out of clothes that are too small. Ali is great & will help if there's something you are looking for but can't find in the store or online! Would highly recommend!!

I have bought and sold clothes to Hoola. What a great concept and experience when buying and selling. Ali is just lovely and makes me you feel so comfortable when in store. If you haven’t already you must pop down to the lovely shop which is very well organised into sections and prices are phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

Purchased some PJ’s for my two children, they are great quality, I’m really pleased with my pre-loved purchase! My children know no different and I feel better doing my bit by buying pre-loved.
