UPDATE : delivery was over a month late. Few days prior to delivery, I received an email with an apology and the fact that admin support had been brought in. This email was generic and not specifically addressed to me. In the package there is a 20% off voucher on next purchase, thank you. I had already gotten a refund via my bank which will now have to be taken out again. The item itself appears to be of good quality, well made and fun. I probably shall order again because I believe in second chance and the product is good and hopefully by then the focus will be on the customers and the product rather than the creator. END of UPDATE.
If I could put no stars I would. Ordered 6th Dec. Received tracking number around 17th Dec. Royal Mail is still expecting it according to tracking. Missed Xmas. No probs. Wrote to ask if it would be available for end of Jan for a birthday. 4 emails later nothing (other than very unhelpful automated emails.
I raised a complaint to Shopify mostly to express a lack of comms. This is their answer: « Thank you for your submission. Your message has been forwarded to the merchant. To discuss this issue further, please contact the merchant directly.« I didn’t use a credit card so no idea if I’ll ever see my money again. #shopify @Bradcracknell98, own up, pay up!!:
Order placed 12/11/25. Here we are 08/01/26 with no delivery, even though all generic emails confirmed Christmas delivery. I have tried to contact multiple times with no response. Royal Mail have not received, despite apparently being shipped. Happy to take my money though, but not respond.

Placed my order, which was to be a Christmas present, on 2nd November. Contacted the company many times without reply and received the item eventually on 6th January so at least it is early for Christmas 2026. Placed some additional orders after Christmas and a discount code automatically appeared so continued with 4 separate orders that were confirmed both by PayPal and Hook and Flanker. Got an email from Hook and Flanker almost immediately cancelling my orders, fastest response ever, I asked for an explanation as to why they were cancelled to be told that the code was not supposed to work so the orders despite being confirmed were not honoured. The current advertised discount code also does not work.

Company does not update order, tbh i'm not even sure they ever even sent an order. Have emailed over 6 times the past three months with no response back.
I have also tried through instagram and tiktok. They just delete bad comments.
Keep receiving emails from them about % off their next stock and launch. But they can’t even adhere to their current customers?
Don’t listen to the sob story you hear. Don’t listen to the fake reviews written by mates. Do not spend your money here, it’s a waste.

I ordered a fleece on the 13/09. At some point Brad had hired a customer service person who, although they didn't know anything, at least they replied to emails. It took over 2 months to arrive and when it did, the state of the package was appalling and the wrong size!! The return function on the website doesn't work and now there is no response to any communication of any type. I am out £45 with a fleece I can't wear. The worst customer service I've ever come across. Will not be buying again.
Avoid like the plague. Ordered early December and like everyone else haven't recieved anything. The positive reviews on here are almost certainly faked by Brad's friends as everyone seems to have had the same negative experience. Item never gets ships and they ignore you or block you if you complain. Seen them call people karens online if you try and share your experience in their comments. Worst company I've ever ordered from and don't buy the "small business" sob story, he takes on more than he can fulfill and cashes in while his customers wait confused. He's likley banking on most people not charging back and making money that way. Don't touch. Hope he's shut down.

Ordered goods mid November, received an email saying dispatched 19 Dec, order never received. I have emailed numerous times no response. £85 down!
They are still flooding social media with adverts - please don’t place an order.
Sadly I am yet another customer who is yet to receive the goods ordered. I placed the order on 24th November2025. It’s now 3rd Jan 2026, no delivery, no response to emails and Instagram messages and no hope of receiving my order. Poor show all round.

I ordered a rugby top on 28th november and it did not arrive. I emailed the company direct just before Christmas to be told if i ordered before 10th December i would recieve my order.
I did not.
The refund button does not recognise my order number.
If I could give no stars I would. Hook & Flanker is an excellent idea with the absolute WORST business execution I have ever seen. I ordered a fleece on the 1st December and there was absolutely no information about lead times, I knew they were made to order but as they love to brag about how many orders they are getting through per day, and live-streaming for 7-8 hours a day supposedly; I wrongly assumed that there was no issue getting this by Christmas. I emailed them a couple weeks later as I’d heard nothing and was concerned this wouldn’t arrive in time for Xmas. No response. Meanwhile the company is posting on socials about how they’re smashing Christmas. I then get an email saying that my item will be dispatched on the 19th dec in time for Xmas. I used to run a small business and know that this is basically too late to guarantee Xmas delivery. Today is the 2nd of Jan and my tracking still says that Royal Mail are waiting for my item - so in short, he printed a tonne of shipping labels but hasn’t taken them to the post office. I’ve contacted via tik tok, email, instagram, commented on his personal IG account… nothing. Negative comments get deleted or hidden on his socials and he photoshops his “success”. If I’d read these reviews before ordering I’d never have touched it. Hilariously he then posted just before Xmas saying people had cancelled their orders and charged back and so he has a massive stack of fleeces he’s trying to flog at 20% off. From what I can see these are bulk fleeces which are then embroidered by machine at his house, so at £55 a fleece he’s making a very decent markup AND not shipping orders. Wouldn’t touch. I think capping orders until you can resolve the backlog would be smart or else this fella is going to face trading standards going by the number of unhappy reviews here.

Ordered from this company back in October and still have not received the product. After 6 unanswered emails and many ignored messages through their social media platforms I gave up expecting to receive my order/a refund. Started the charge back process with my bank and to my surprise I received an email saying my item had been shipped (16th Dec) and then a second from them requesting that I cancel the charge back with the promise of a refund once cancelled! My shipped order has not arrived and I doubt it ever will. Also don’t trust the company to refund me if I do cancel the charge back. Don’t bother ordering.

I have now received a full refund for my order and an email apologising. I will not be ordering again, but am grateful to have my money back.
Ordered in Oct, still not received the order. Instagram posts and widespread email informs that all orders pre Dec are completed, but tracking shows only Royal Mail label has been generated and not processed any further. Have contacted on email and Insta. Spent £180, tried to request return but no answer. Feel at this point I need to accept my loss. I appreciate he is a start up operating on his own, but unfortunately this will not take off without better structure/ customer service because currently it’s a scam :(
I ordered 2 fleeces November 7th, today is December 24th and still no delivery, I really didn’t want to leave a bad review because it’s a one man operation etc but to be so complacent about customer services and leaving it to the last few days before Christmas to send goods is beyond a joke. If and when it arrives I don’t care how good the product is I will never be buying from this company again.
Deleting messages from social media doesn't help either as it feels very scammy, the least you can do is to be courteous to your customers and respond to their queries.
Ordered a fleece on the 4th of December, leaving what I thought was plenty of time for Christmas. No dispatch notice until the 19th of December. Christmas eve and still no item.
Lots of email sob stories about being a 1 man business. I run a business too. And I don't take money from people if I cannot fulfil an order. If you have so many orders that you can't fulfil it in 3 weeks, you need to hire someone or stop taking orders. One email said all orders would be dispatched on the 19th. So not only is the business owner refusing to hire to fulfil orders. They are holding stock back to ship in batch on the 19th. So my order may have been made well in advance and just held back for what reason? To make their life easier? £55 on a fleece is a lot to spend for a disappointed nephew.
No idea about the quality of the item. At this point don't care. To rub salt in the wound the emailed on the 21st about how their so successful they're adding new products. Tone deaf. Emails about how your business is so successful don't land well when you refuse to hire and customers are left without what they ordered on Christmas.
Ordered a fleece for a Christmas present on 15th December. Was aware that it may not arrive before Christmas, but was hopeful all the same.
Tried to contact the company to get an update. No telephone number, chat bot not working and no reply to two emails sent.
The total lack of communication is really disappointing.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been taken a supplier has a responsibility to reply promptly to any queries and to keep a customer updated on the progress of their order.
From what I can gather this is a very small company and the ethics would appear to be commendable, however they need to make significant improvements to their customer service.
Ordered 2 tops. No updates on tracking, no response on multiple platforms as well as email. Went through bank for full refund and then the cheek of hook & flanker asked me to cancel the money back in favour of a full refund through them. Not on your life. Bad company, terrible service and fraudulent claims. Avoid at all costs.
Order never arrived. Yodel tracking incorrect. Contacted customer services twice and no response despite using the team assist function - no response via socials either. Had to raise a case with PayPal to get a refund! Disappointing experience. Won’t be using again
