Great service, fast delivery. We really appreciate collaboration with this company and our highly professional shipping agent Selia.

I used this company to ship an item from China to Georgia, and the experience was a complete disaster.

I clearly asked for DDP (door-to-door delivery with customs clearance) and was told it was possible. I provided all product details upfront, including photos, size, and weight. The agent (Susie) confirmed they could handle it and said she would calculate the shipping cost.

After I sent the item to their warehouse, she suddenly claimed DDP wasn't available and said I would need to pay $70–$75 for express shipping because the product had a “logo” — something I disclosed from the beginning. This was a counterfeit diecast model, not an original brand, so the excuse made no sense. She never mentioned this charge beforehand.

She also ignored WhatsApp calls, gave delayed responses, and changed the terms only after she had full control of the item. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

I have screenshots of all messages, and I’ve reported this to Alibaba.
Do not trust this company. Their communication is shady, unprofessional, and manipulative.

Fraud warning.
We agreed on $5.5/kg air shipping on Alibaba. Then they kept changing the price — $6.5, then $7.5, and finally $8.5/kg — after payment. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative.

After we paid, they delayed shipping for weeks, ignored our messages, and pushed us into paying more or accepting a refund with fake deductions. In the end, they did not return our money, kept the goods, and now refuse to respond at all.

❗️This is fraud. They took the money, kept the goods, and disappeared.
❌ Scammers! Avoid this company.

Got a quote with them via Sarah was ready to get it picked up and pay , then asked about the reviews found here, her tone changed , then said cant accept goods and gave excuses of batteries by shipper carrier, we gave full description and shipping certs for them , prior to quote which they had for over 2 weeks, I think being found out about their shipping practices and extra fees after pickup made her stop accepting to go further watch out

They proposed low shipping costs and then add other costs which make it not interesting after all. Please note not like other provider they will send the invoice after pick up so they can add what ever costs they want. Your goods is captured until you pay. I had hard time to get back my merchandise. I did not trust them to send it to the US due to their attitude. Sarah is very nice at the beginning but after that attitude changed no negotiation possible. Don't waste your money with them they are scammers.
