Thank you for your review. While we welcome all feedback, we kindly ask that communication remains respectful. We are certainly not a scam, and we take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products, as you have experienced with your previous orders.

Regarding your current order of 5000mg CBD oil, you placed it on February 24th, and we processed and dispatched it on February 25th via Royal Mail’s recorded tracking service. The tracking details were sent to you via email and WhatsApp on March 6th.

When you reached out on March 6th regarding tracking difficulties, we promptly responded the same day after checking with Royal Mail. According to their records, your package was handed over to the Canadian postal service. Once shipments leave the UK, their processing and tracking updates are managed by the destination country’s postal service.

Today, I personally contacted Royal Mail, and they confirmed that your package left the UK on February 26th. Once a shipment is with the customs authorities in the destination country, we have to allow time for their clearance and delivery process. Unfortunately, we have no further control over tracking updates at this stage.

One of our team members or I will be in touch shortly to discuss your order and address any concerns you may have. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’re pleased to confirm that the customer’s order was successfully delivered on March 14th. Royal mail tracking delivery details link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RZ608554245GB. We have also contacted the customer, requesting them to update their review accordingly.
