Honest Burgers Bewertungen 

Got a takeaway from here this weekend and was freezing cold when it arrived! and it took over an hour. Appreciate that it is likely Uber Eats responsibility (despite them not offering a refund), but that falls with Honest Burger for using them. It was soggy and terrible.

Warren Street:
It has become a habit of having lunch there every time we go to the maternity with my wife.
The staff is very kind, the food is always excellent calling those burgers honest is underestimating.
Thinking about having another child, just to have an excuse to go to the maternity again!

Honest Burger Cardiff Store (30/10/2023)

Sent me food well after an hour since I ordered which was cold and soggy. The burger I had ordered had items I wanted removed as I was allergic and they forgot to include my additional order of Rosemary Salted Fries. Tried to resolve with store (Dan) who was initially helpful and stated to go to Uber and they would authorize refund. Uber then refused the refund so I contacted the store and I spoke to the local village idiot (lawrence) who had a hissy fit because I swore out of frustration (in general, not at him) and he was almost crying when he told me he didn't need to take this and put the phone down.

I would avoid unless you want cold food and incompetent staff who get emotional when you try and resolve the situation, any burger place in Cardiff would be better than honest burger (honestly)

Had the day in Camden Town. London. 27.10.23
Seven of us there for the day for an 18th birthday. My granddaughter whose also 18 has been diagnosed with coeliac disease. The venue we attended could not accommodate her. We left our friends to go eat and meet later. Googled gluten free restaurant and Honest burger came up.
I phoned and the young lady I spoke to tried to give me directions.
In the end she came and found us and took us there. She went above and beyond to help. We were starving!!
Her customer service was exceptional. All the staff were lovely.
Oh and food fantastic. Would so highly recommend. Thankyou Andra.

Had a Peckham burger and fries delivered. Extremely disappointed. Half the ingredients weren’t in the burger. No sour cream, no jalapeños, no avocado, no pink slaw and the burger itself was very overcooked for medium well and dry as heck.
The fries must have been the last in the packet as they were over cooked scraps. I ate it because I was so hungry after waiting so long for the delivery, never again.

Amazing! The food was awesome!

Do not trust "honest" burger! Their brand name is Honest Burger but couldn't be further from reality

The vegan burger includes the Sides. I got charged EXTRA for chips!

Shame on you Honest Burger in The Cut a very hot day and not a busy busy time after 3 o clock and you couldn’t serve a nanna with her little granddaughter a glass of your home made lemonade.

My first visit was in Southwark, where I had a sit-in meal, a smash burger+bacon with rosemary fries, the second at South Kensington where I ordered one for takeaway. As I liked the first burger I had, I cbose the same again, and it was just as tasty.
The fries on both occasions however looked like the leftovers and scraps you get in a chippy, so not very honest to describe them as fries.
The takeaway was handed over late, and having to hang around the door with the delivery drivers to pick up my meal felt a little less premium than the price. It was very busy, so I understand the pressure on staff, but just send a later pick up time?
Mixed feelings: good burgers, substandard fries and service quality depends on how busy they are.

Absolutely bad service at Honest Burger Finsbury Park. 3 sets of customers who walked in after us were given menus and had orders taken. It’s such a shame that my children got to witness this and were asking if it’s because we are people of colour. I will not recommend anyone to go there at all. I was not expecting this kind of treatment especially on the day before my birthday. Am very disappointed. We left and crossed the road to COQFIGHTER & got great service & food there.

Such a shame that Honest have chosen to now only work with Uber Eats. We used to order all the time when they were with Deliveroo, and we thought we would finally give Uber Eats a try. The great flavour is still there but now it just comes late, soggy, and cold after numerous stops along the way. Don't think I'll bother again.

I went to the Dalston branch and the food came fresh and aesthetically pleasing. I enjoyed my burger and onion rings but unfortunately I am not such a fan of the rosemary fries. I think it would be good for customers if Honest Burgers provided the option of rosemary fries and plain ones to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my food and found it delicious. Thank you.

For a start , I was called poor by the waitress when trying to order a chicken burger. Then I was fat shamed by said waitress who was going to charge me for two portions. After receiving this I was in pure horror of my safety and well-being. After being served I discovered the ranch looked like shrek had ejaculated into a metal tub (it was flipping rancid). And the burger looked like it was out of a kitchen nightmares episode , with something resembling grass being used as a sauce - this was at London btw.

Ordered during covid lockdown and actually had a child’s marble in my burger. Raised the issue with the company and they said that it was from how they managed orders in the restaurant. Said they would compensate me, but never did. Had another order from them in March, and the burgers were burnt. These were from their Peckham franchise. Never again.

The food is nice but I don’t like to visit in Cambridge because of how rude the guy working there was to me and my mum :(

We came in and we were told to wait while the guy stood there and talked to people next to us for a while like we weren’t there, it wasn’t busy at all barely anyone there and yet none of the staff reacted and we just stood there waiting and waiting, when my mum asked if we can sit down he told us not to be rude and that he is clearly busy but in a very rude and defensive manner, he asked us to leave which is a shame as there was no need for a reaction like this :(

I work in a restaurant myself and have never treated anyone like this which kind of hurts but oh well there are other places!

I placed an order with the Tooting franchise. I requested the removal of Bacon (as I always do) from my burger when I placed my order (as I'm not able to eat it due to my religion). When my food arrived it was full of Bacon, the request was clearly ignored even though my order receipt showed my request had been acknowledged. I called the restaurant, my call was answered but rather than the member of staff speaking with me or simply asking me what the issue was she decided to hang up the phone on the instruction of her manager who I overheard categorically saying to his staff “I don’t have time for any complaints or to deal with any customers” completely disregarding any potential problems or significant feedback from a regular longterm customer (myself) and out right refusing to do his job but also telling his staff to not do their job. This doesn't just reflect poorly on the franchise and the manager in question but also the standards of the recruitment department at Honest Burgers and how well the employees are guided, advised and instructed by their manager. I'm incredibly dissatisfied, disappointed, feel insulted and disrespected by the establishment, the manager and the employee who decided to hang up the phone on me and then wilfully ignored my 2nd phone call. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful from the entire franchise team. Refusal to take any responsibility is not what you expect from the employees of a company like Honest Burgers and it doesn't represent the brand name well in the slightest.

Ordered via Ubereats for South Kensington branch .
Took longer than expected for food to arrive and all 3 burger meals and onion rings only just warm.
Ordered one meal without rosemary salt - hate rosemary, but still came with rosemary salt. Inedible for me!
You responded to my initial review saying you were sorry and encouraged me to contact you directly via your web form. I did, but you still haven’t responded. Why ask for direct feedback if you don’t bother to respond?!?

Love the food at Honest Burger they are a very generous and customer centric company I appreciate the offers you send me from time to time too,
