Very unprofessional due to a lack of competence at every level, it seems. Communication on their part is unreliable and anonymous, the texts on their websites in the different language versions are of very poor quality.
I ordered a rug or what I believed to be a rug, on 15th November 2024 which was for a Christmas present for a dear friend who was visiting from far away at the end of the month. I was given a delivery date of between 8-15 days. 12 days later I inquired regarding the delivery and was told that due to courier issues it had been delayed and I was given a Yodel tracking number. I contacted Yodel who knew nothing about it or the delivery. To cut a long story short I made numerous enquiries over the next two weeks and was fobbed off every time until on 16th December 2024 it arrived although I had told them that I no longer wanted it as my friend had now returned home and it was of no use to me. They had stated that if I kept it they would offer a partial discount. When it arrived I was disgusted. It was so thin that it was more of a throw or wall covering than a rug. It was cheap and nasty so I contacted them in order to send it back. They then told me that this would be at my own expense £30.00. Not being happy with this and having paid through PayPal, I made a claim through them and they opened a case. During several conversations via PayPal, Homify offered me a partial refund of £45.00. I disgust this with my wife and decided because of the return cost we would accept their offer and use it to put on the garage floor, which it is all it was fit for. A few days later I was offered, via PayPal, £30.00 and was asked to accept or refuse the offer. I immediately refused the offer and have the email to prove it. )n 3rd January 2025 PayPal closed the case in favour of Homify stating that I hadn't replied within the stated time. This is something that I am in dispute with PayPal. Suffice to say PLEASE do NOT use this poor excuse for a rug company or for any other reason as they are probably the worst company that I have dealt with due to deplorable service and sub standard goods and together with PayPal, promises that nthey do not intend to keep. STEER CLEAR OF HOMIFY OR THEIR OTHER NAME THAT I MADE MY INITIAL ORDER RUGSHOW.

Worst service with wrong products
Homafy is a fraud company … cheat and loot people .. extremely useless customer care … delivery is poor … wrong product worth half the price and then they offer for the cheaper wrong product which they send .. DO NOT Trust them
Homify traffic is a shadow of what it was. Their websites have been punished by Google over and over for paid links, thin content, junk content.
Literally no positive reviews here. Not even fake ones.
Don't waste your time or money here. It's a failed project, it's example of a project with too much funding and not enough cleverness.
The embarrassment of having this as your life's work.
I just had contacts with Homify and attempted to go premium. The next thing money gone from my account, surprisingly I never shared any card details with them. What the hell did they do to take money in my account? Is this not a scam?
Website is legit, but when you upgrade to the Premium product, they never cancel your subscriPtion.
Extremely disappointed with their Premium service. The regular unpaid serve is fine, but the premium subscription offering is basically a scam, they never release you from the subscription, I've had to go as far as the German regulators to file a Companies Complaint, it is getting ridiculous.
Do not enter into a subscription service with Homify, do so at your own peril, you will never be released from their claws!
I've now been charged and extra 1000 Euros for services which I expressly asked to be discontinued, this is a massive amount of money for a small one-man operated business.
I made a subscription as creator: the worst experience ever! They promise you to gain visibility but I reached zero people in one year. Here is what they says "our magazine with more than 25mln view worldwide", our social networks with millions users... Only lost money and time.
It was a very bad experience. I was asked to do some set ups during a year and I did so, but I never got any results. Instead, I were only cantacted by people offering their servicies or clients who wanted free designs.
During the year I paid for my account manager was changed 3 times and the last one was fired without any notice. Since then I was never contacted by anyone anymore.
My contract ended after one year and as I never got any project I asked for a refund. It’s been more than a month since my petition and I still have no answer. I feel cheated
Una mentira tras otra. No te devuelven el dinero que te garantizan para profesionales si no te dan ningún proyecto en un año. Siempre hay letra pequeña para excusarse. NO RECOMENDABLE PARA NADA

HOMIFY PREMIUM: UNA AUTENTICA ESTAFA
Pues si, una auténtica estafa.
Después de contratar Premium, y de estar un año con ellos esperando obtener algún resultado, hemos constatado que no ha habido ningún retorno. En todo el año solo hemos recibido unos pocos contactos, y la mayoría de ellos no tenían consistencia.
Además, la garantía de devolución que utilizaron como medio para la contratación resultó ser un engaño, y después de mucho pelear con ellos, resulta que no nos han devuelto ni un solo euro de los invertidos (y no son pocos).
CONCLUSION:
Es una inversión con un retorno de 0€.
Una estafa.
ESTAFA.
Todo es maravilloso hasta que pagas. A partir de ahí, es una dejadez absoluta. Solicité la devolución de la garantía y me pidieron presentar la documentación para demostrar que ningún cliente procedía de Homify. Les envié la documentación y les pedí que me dijesen si era necesario algún documento más (no quiero que pase otro mes y me salgan con que me falta algún comprobante como excusa para retrasar el pago).
Ya ha pasado más de un mes desde que lo solicité y no me contestan a los emails.
Totalmente de acuerdo con mis compañeros que también han escrito. La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida con una empresa de servicios. El comercial te vende el proyecto como una maravilla, un chollo, con total flexibilidad, te puedes dar de baja cuando quieres, si no consigues ningún cliente, te devuelven el dinero....bla bla bla.
Luego cuando hablé con mi asesor personal, tuve la sorpresa de darme cuenta que me había vendido algo que no era: no te devuelven nada si no consigues ningún cliente, tienes una permanencia de 6 meses, me prometieron 2 artículos el primer mes y solo hicieron uno pero encima sin pedirme permiso para colgarlo o revisarlo antes. Un desastre, después de 3 semanas pedí darme de baja y resulta que no puedes y lo tienes que pedir con una antelación de 3 meses....un robo vamos....seguiría hablando de la mala experiencia que he tenido con ellos, pero os lo ahorro. Dejé de pagarles y luego empezaron las amenazas legales. Un horror!!!!
