I would give them a zero if I could. Horrific customer service experience. Terrible, misleading order process for the needed Home Owner Association docs.

Most of the time there are no issues, but if someone tells you it's homewise and you are unsure, double check, because they will charge you even when the order is cancelled......by them, because they do not service the area, ......they will still charge you. Terrible policy

Avoid this company like the plague. I’ve been waiting a week now while in Escrow and this lazy incompetent company has yet to produce a Completed Condo Questionnaire after taking my money. They do not answer their phones and they had the nerve to tell my agent that I could speed up the process by paying another $250. I paid $350 last week already. Sounds like a Scam. I’m ready to Cancel the loan and go with another company. I’d be better off towards the end of the year with the lower interest rates that are coming. Maybe it’s a sign from God to cancel the loan altogether and wait til the end of the year.

the worst company ever!!! its a scam!!! the charge ridiculous fees and these stupid HOAs use them and you are forced to use the unprofessional services. I asked for a manager and she purposely placed me on hold now over 25 min, this company is not BBB accredit for obvious reasons. Florida HOAs need to wake up and provide the estoppel letter on behalf of the seller not force consumers to use this unprofessional 3rd party that steals people money. if you place an order and you try to cancel they charge you like $80 to cancel! like what? I just placed it and then you cant modify it! why not? why cant i modify the order I can add a rush fee but i cant take it off.

Scammers. They charge exorbitant fees and claim the HoA is charging it. HoA says homewise is charging the fee. This is for resale cert which is usually bought only once by any consumer, so they let it go. Complained to state and hopefully they will get fined and change the fees

Middleman grift at its finest. I just found out they're charging me $525 just to deliver a few PDFs from my HOA. It's like Google Docs, only criminally expensive.

Bunch of crooks! They charge close to $200 to give the title company an email letter stating our HOA due amount, transfer fee amount, and if we have anything outstanding owed. These people should be shut down! Total SCAM!
