Sales parts witch don't have and I wait 3 day and nobody imform me. W3 days after buying I ask where is my parts someone send me information if out of stock and money back this is not professional. Ignorance from costumer
Don't buy on this company

I was looking for a frothing spiral for my Severin frother and was recommended Homespares by Severin in Germany.
It did help that they gave me there phone number : 01204 558160
I spoke to Jeff on two occasions and he was very helpful.
I received the authentic spiral within a week and it worked like a charm.
Nothing but good things to say about Homespares!

The part showed as in stock on the website and was ordered. However after waiting and waiting I eventually emailed the company to find out what was happening. I was told the part was not available, (didn't say this on the website) and that they were waiting for when it would come back in stock. The main manufacturer doesn't stock them anymore ( I contacted them to ask) so not sure how long I would have had to have waited. A courtesy email to say that my part wasn't in stock and was on hold would have been the right path, rather than waiting for a customer to email to find out why the part had not been delivered. Sadly, I would not use this company again for spare parts. The money was taken from my account, the part was never delivered and I had to make the contact to get a refund, which I will be checking occurs.

Contacted Home spares for a grill element unfortunately it wasn't in stockThe guy on the phone was brilliant advised they not be available for three to four weeks but as it was urgent he suggested another supplier who had it in Many thanks for your help

I paid for next day delivery 4 days on nothing arrive .Emailed them no reply. I wish I had seen all their negative feedback before ordering. I will try and get a refund via Paypal which I paid with. What a rubbish company. Avoid them and look on Ebay for your spare parts. I would give this company -5 stars if I could. UPDATE! They have today given me a full refund.

Gave them one star as I couldn't give none. Avoid this company like the plague. Terrible service. supposed to be next day delivery. 5 days on nothing. Had to use another company. Refused any cancellation or refund even though they had not dispatched the part. I wish I had read all the other terrible reviews before engaging with them.

The product arrived completely destroyed. It was not original packaging. The paper that the mop was wrapped up was damaged so some parts were missing.
I have never experienced such poor services. Unacceptable.

I can honestly say that in my 70 years this is the friendliest service i have ever had. Don't know what the online ordering is like but if you go into the shop you'll come out feeling like all your worries have somehow disappeared. Nice one Geoff!

I would in all honesty never use this company for anything ever again they are completely unable to comply with what is advertised on their website ie next day delivery staff are rude and unprofessional they don't appear to have an idea what's going on with your order or even where your order is just told its with the courier my recommendation would be give this company a wide birth

terrible service, when something goes wrong they don't answer the phone and when you leave a message they do not return your call. received damaged goods and they ignored me!!!!!

Bought Filter for Cooke and Lewis Cooker Hood. Carbon filter appears to be about half density of Cooke and Lewis brand filter but they are cheaper. Better value paying £25 for Cooke and Lewis brand filter at B and Q.

don't trust them at all just rubbish service and they don't know how to speak the customer and i did order 2 item and they cancelled 1 item and 1 send via post and i havn't recived any post yet and there is no tracking number .but i didn't get and i am still wondering what i'll do for 1 item such shame its meanless to despatch 1 item so please be aware for this company and don't trust at all

THEY USE EVRI FOR DELIVERIES.
Thats all you need to know, the items turned up after 4 days even though I had paid for next day delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address. The only reason I now have the item is because Evri/Hermes despite repeated instructions to do otherwise have delivered to the same wrong address before.

Ordered a part and paid extra for one day delivery, the part was delayed for over 3 days so I called customer services they said they cannot do anything and would be better buy another part, and so I did as I really needed the part. After 5 days in total the part that I ordered originally arrived, the other I have ordered later I am still waiting on. A complete waste of money and time, just walk away from it, don't waste your time.

I don't review that many online stores, but having never used Homespares I was pleasantly surprised. I bought a Leifheit laundry airer and it was competitively priced and delivered next day for an affordable sum. Nice one Homespares!

The best way to use Homespaes is to get on the phone and speak to Geoff himself. It's the kind of enjoyable and useful service which once existed but is all but gone today at least here down south.
He'll look after you this way best.
Just to note, if you attempt an online credit card payment and it's rejected it's just Homespares security bouncing your card's verification processes where it wants to communicate with smartphone apps and the like. Credit card using the Paypal route will work fine.

I ordered an new drain pump for my zanussi washing machine and it arrived following day. I then had to return it as decided to not repair the machine and a refund was promptly arranged. The entire process was so easy and excellent I cannot rate these guys highly enough - fabulous service and would recommend this company to everyone

Ordered an oven part yesterday, received it today at 12.30. Amazing service !
