Excellent company
We were let down badly in the run up to Christmas having waited on a back order of a dining table with another company. Desperate to find an alternative in time for Xmas we came across Home Origins via google. They had a table that was perfect. I called them and the sales chap was so helpful and professional. The delivery could be as quick as a weeks time which believe it or not was too soon as we had decorators finishing up! He orchestrated everything for us, securing the order but delaying delivery until we were ready. The updates were great and the table was delivered on the day, in the time slot without any drama or damage! So so impressed as buying anything these days feels like a gamble as to whether it will work out! Good on you Home Origins, pricing, choice, customer service, delivery all perfect! We’ll be back!

We are really delighted with our new…dining chairs to be enjoyed and envied
We are really delighted with our new chairs: I've never had such comfortable dining chairs. Having sat in the ones our son recently bought, we actually bought some for ourselves exactly the same so really he is to thank for this! I sit at our table now with a well supported back and relish long chats around the table.
They look very contemporary and exude quality: love the dark grey upholstery and the lines of the wood make a chair that shouts out style and comfort: the perfect marriage.

Quality product at very good price
I searched the web and found here the most competitive price for a large shelf unit. It was a considerable saving from a quality shop where we first had seen the unit and with a much quicker delivery. Very satisfied with the good quality unit

Stunning!
The sideboard is simply stunning, and the service from Home Origins was really excellent. The only downside was the delivery - the guys were great but it would be so helpful if a delivery company who would unpack and take the packaging away was used. It was a huge huge struggle trying to get a very heavy solid side board out of 2 HUGE boxes and I struggled with my teenage son to do this. We then had to try and remove the packaging - which will not fit in a car as it’s so big. I unfortunately don’t have a Stanley knife which would have made the job easier.
Sideboard gorgeous though!!!

Desk purchase
The online purchasing experience was very smooth and so was the delivery. The furniture is well made and looks great, relatively easy to assemble. Only niggle I would have is the large amount of polystyrene used in the packaging - I would hope that this can be reduced in the future to select more sustainable materials.

Oliver went above and beyond!
I want to say a huge thank you to Oliver for his help. I contacted Home Origins earlier in the week about a table they sell thinking they were the manufacturers. I originally purchased the table in question from another company 4 years ago and was looking for the colour of the stain they used on the top. The original company I purchased through were no help whatsoever. So I called Home Origins. They advised they were not the manufacturer however offered to contact them for me to try and find out the information I needed and said they would call me back. Well as promised Oliver just called me back to advise the information he found and offered further advise on what to do to get to my end goal. Considering I didn't even purchase the table through them he went above and beyond to help and that goes a long way and is lovely to see in this day and age! So I would recommend them for their customer service and if I am ever in need of furniture will be sure to look with them first!

Fantastic quality bar stools and excellent service
The website was easy to use and the pictures were a true representation of the bar stools. I was kept informed of my delivery and everything came on time. The bar stools are excellent quality, very sturdy and look amazing in my kitchen. They are a perfect height for under our overhanging counter top. Fantastic in every way.
