My outline data for my bathroom renovation was picked up & utilised effectively using your planner. During my visit/consultation we were able to progress it further & finalise a layout & supply. Throughout the process Farak was extremely helpful & knowledgable. He made the whole process a success with his professional & personable interactions with me.

I pop into this store but as IM always left feeling saddened by the plants left almost to dead before they are reduced but I decided to take a chance and go in and
I'm glad I did I noticed a man it appeared to be a man but it was actually a lady who was taking the time and effort to clean up water the plants cotton back so whoever buys them at a reduced rate just might be saving a plant and it might actually thrive and grow which is the whole point A lot of people don't have a lot of money at this time like me I actually love plants and can't afford a lot so when I can find a bargain it makes me smile However when you just take the time to just water them it makes a big difference and cut in them back makes them even bigger difference so I just would like to say thank you Sarah for taking that time even though she's probably not recognised as a valid member of staff she was very helpful And I had a welcoming visit for a change didn't leave feeling like plants are dead they re going in the bin Such a shame Which is what I often feel however the plants that she managed to save by watering them just might have a chance and that's the whole point It's nice to know that somebody actually takes their job seriously but also has a caring inside to plants great😊🌱

Brandon was super helpful and mixed us a paint. Very friendly.

I was looking for paint and was served by Caroline who helped me above and behind. Very helpful and understanding, nice very nice lady.

We bought laundry from homebase and all staff are really good and helpful especially Faruoq, he helped us a lot finding what we need at a very affordable price and we will 100% recommend:)

Fantastic speed of getting product ready to collect. Speedy service when in store to collect.

Ordered garden stepping stones. Most already had scuffed surfaces. Picked up a small fence item with display price £3. Came up as £12 on till. Server said it must have on display in the wrong place! Suggest prices should be displayed clearly and correctly for items on display as price you see should be the price you pay.

Had to return a faulty bookcase. Lady in store (Sonia) was very helpful. Had a replacement ordered in no time. Quick, friendly and efficient!

Caroline was so helpful when helping choose the right size wood for our curtain pole. Thank you.

When I arrived, Farak told me I had booked the wrong day for my bathroom consultation, which I was obviously my mistake.

Nevertheless, Farak was still able to talk me through everything I needed and he placed the order in no time at all.

We were helped in store by Caroline, who did a fantastic job. What we wanted was not available in this branch, so she contacted other stores, and we had the item put aside, awaiting collection. While shopping for other items she was constantly asking other customers if they needed help. We found that she and other staff in this store were very friendly and approachable

Placed an order online, went to the store and was out in less than 5 minutes great friendly staff offered to help me take my vanity unit and sink to the car
