Homebase - Sittingbourne Bewertungen 

I went into the Sittingbourne store today to get paint and a lovely lady called Gina served me. She is an absolute credit to Homebase, her expertise with paint was second to none. She gave me amazing advice, was patient and answered every query I had. Will be coming back to Gina when I’m decorating my next room. She’s one in a million!

The young man Alex in the sittingbourne store was such a helpful knowledgeable assistant that went out of his way to help us with our purchases today.
He is an absolute credit to your Company!! You don’t get shop assistants like him anymore.

Product is as described but one part not available despite letting me order it.

First time using click and collect, very easy and done in minutes. Assistant was brilliant, didn't wait long and even took the order out to my vehicle.

Our new HouseBeautiful kitchen from Homebase is nearing completion. Ann at the Sittingbourne store has been a terrific help from the beginning planning stage and then helpful and efficient throughout, including delivery and after. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The quality and after sales service we have received from all at Sittingbourne and the Yorkshire manufacturers was extremely impressive. Well Done!

Went in to buy some paint in various colours to repaint some stone ornaments including a fox & otter. The lady who helped me went out of her way to assist me. Just great service 😀

Waited about a half. Went to desk all loaded on trolley. Assistant very polite. Recommended

Needed a cover for my egg chair wanted to look and buy one that would fit and also last. Popped to Sittingbourne branch and want to say a big thank you to Chris who was so helpful. I am useless at sizes etc and he was so informative. We also had a chuckle thanks Chris 😃😃 girlie's on till we're lovely.

I had a brilliant experience in store today. All the members of staff I dealt with were more than helpful and happy to assist me with each and every query. Shoutout to Richard for making my experience a million times easier!

Great service

When I arrived the wrong tiles had been pulled however the colleague on click and collect (in Sittingbourne at around 5.15pm on 20 May, I didn't get her name) was great, resolved it quickly and efficiently and with a very friendly service.
