Really easy collection. The two young ladies who dealt with our collection were both really helpful and lovely and polite saying have a nice day. The whole process was quick and easy.

Very friendly staff. Ordered on line collected an hour later. Excellent all round!

My husband went to collect the order and they had given it to another customer and no others in stock! Homebase have sent a text to say thank you for your order… I sincerely hope to receive the refund and some compensation for the error especially when they apparently request id!

Horrible experience.From being in store at Sevenoaks to be told that my garden furniture wasn’t in stock, to the be told it’s out of stock everywhere. To then find it online, to the money then be taken and then to be told it would arrived on 23rd July. From the promised delivery date, to the delayed date, to be delayed again, and again and again. Won’t be using Homebase again. Then the delivery was missing parts!! The ridiculously low amount of compensation I received to the poor customer service.

Easy to order online, item was ready when store opened, staff friendly and efficient at collection.

The man serving was extremely unhelpful and rude. He had a very ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude.

Richard Moloney of Homebase Sevenoaks was exceptional in helping my Wife with her choice of Shower Room to replace our old Bathroom! His recommendation of Paul Collins of IFit (Installer) was fully justified and his surveying of goods needed was excellent ie Shower Fittings, Integrated Sink and Toilet Unit and Tiles etc! All in all a a job well coordinated! Thank you Homebase!

Darren ( Manager) and Norma (Customer service desk) helped me with an online return(delivery with missing parts) that could not be disassembled. Understood my problem and helped me with my return. (unlike the online customer service) Thank you both very much.

I visited the Sevenoaks branch today and was served by a lady called Vicky and young man who I think was a manager/supervisor. Both were really lovely and were extremely helpful. They were really friendly and had great product knowledge. The young man/manager even sought further advice for me from their paint specialist who was also very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service.
