had exactly what I needed,very helpful lady on the shop floor,also a lovely pleasant lady on the checkout

I was taken to the item I was looking for and given advice on the best product to choose. The staff member at the till was also helpful, friendly and efficient.

The staff were very friendly and tbe staff member st the till/customer service is always friendly and knwlegsbke about the products

Today I found elderly lady on cash out most helpful

Took some time to find the click and collect order on the system but eventually found it in store - otherwise friendly and helpful staff member so its more of a system process issue I guess
