Homebase - Hanworth Bewertungen 

A wasted journey to collect a rug as they sent completely the wrong item. Had to reorder and wait nearly a week to collect. Got it now though. Not the store’s fault though - they were as cross.

John was very helpful with assisting me to my car with large storage shed. Got home was damaged called Homebase and got to speak to John again. He had replacement ready for me on my return👍very polite and helpful

When we changed our mind with a recent purchase it was fairly straightforward to get a refund.

Ashok and colleagues were very helpful today. They all helped me in different ways to choose the correct paint for the work I need to undertake. Ashok and his colleagues were patient, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my requirements.

Scott was most helpful in working out how much paint was needed to be mixed up. He was very knowledgeable and even though busy he was able to help me and other customers around

I was able to pick up my item without queuing and the assistant found it straight away.

I managed to get paint with the super good offer they had of buy one and get one half price .

Tanya at the till was helpful polite and brilliant . I went back to homebase few times in the last week and each time she went out of her way to be very helpful

I want to thank Neri for all his work and support designing our kitchen. His knowledge was superb and he was incredibly personable.

Would like to thank Sean who assisted me and my dad on paint. He was extremely polite and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and all the queries we had Sean was able to answer for us. He even took the time to paint samples onto wood to show us what the colours would look like. Thank you Sean!
