Great service In and out no problem staff excellent

This was an online order only! Order went well but because shop didn't have plant pot I'd then liked to have had it delivered to store. This is because of postage & perhaps having to return (to shop) but then losing postage paid.

Staff were busy but attentive and trying to keep the flow of customers happy. Store is well laid out and I was happy with the products I could get!

Lewis was very helpful, efficient and polite when mixing my dulux paint.
Im not sure of the name of the person on tills, receipt says 235962, he was also very polite and was very patient with the elderly customer in front the kept questioning why the weed killer she was buying had pump in the name but didn’t come with a pump. I work in retail and definitely wouldn’t have been able to stay as patient as he did for as long as he did. Well done to both colleagues!

Next day delivery for the moisture meter was exactly what we needed for that emergency

No one seems to have a clue what is happening.
Store disorganised and messy

It was my third visit to the store this week trying to find a paint match for a bedroom in the house. I was served on all three occasions by a young lad (l think called Lewis). He was exceptionally helpful even one night going out of his way 5 mins before the store closed. I am grateful for his help and will continue to use that store for sure.

Not the product I ordered. It has been substituted with another product I would have rejected if I had been consulted.

I stay too far from store to bother to return them. I’m not sure if this was intentional or if whoever lifted them didn’t read the order or the product box either way it’s disappointing.

Needed help to source specific paint that I couldn’t find..Lewis at Auldhouse, Glasgow branch was very helpful and efficient, knew the stock and also made me up a sample from the deluxe range. Very happy with the service provided.

Staff were pleasant and helpful as recovering from knee surgery, using a stick and rucksack made me a bit slow in getting my things together.
