The Homebase kitchen designer Iain in Cromer was very helpful with an excellent design. The kitchen units and appliances were delivered when we wanted them and were fitted beautifully by the fitters recommended by Iain.

Graham was a delight and very speedy with his service - his tannoy announcement was wonderful - I never knew I needed a bucket so much until he told me they were available at the checkout for just £1.75. Bargain. Thank you Graham!

Efficient and friendly people

I popped into Homebase as I was thinking of buying a garden sofa set but wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. Then, as if by magic, Kevin appeared. 'No problem' he said 'Lets see what we can do' He put the box on a trolley took it out to my car and adjusted the seats.
He was so polite and genuinely please to be of help.
Sam on the till was helpful too.

Collected 3 benches from Homebase Cromer the team on the collections desk could not have been more helpful and friendly. They quickly got my order, delivered it pre loaded on a trolly in super quick time. Excellent service all round

couldn't find decking lights in store. Spoke to Clare and she was very helpful. She found them on website and she called Esther who went to find them. Excellent help from them both

I asked for help over a tool l had issues with, an assistant called John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable with an extremely patient way. He helped me completely. I heard after that another guy was extremely rude to staff because of Johns patience. I would like to point out that John was the sort of person l would want work beside me. He is a true champion for yourselves. You're also have an outstanding Manager in the Cromer branch. A tribute to yourselves. They went that extra mile.
