They rang to double check the boxes I ordered are the ones I actually wanted which never got the last time so was a surprise helped take it to the car which is amazing

One of the bags of pea gravel had been taped up and the tape not stuck properly so by the time we got home only half a bag of gravel in the bag the rest of the gravel all over the boot.
Surely when the order was prepared the worker could see the bag was damaged

I went into the Blyth store today needing some paint for a bedroom storage unit. I didn’t have the first idea what I would need as I am the furthest thing from a painter-decorator.

Janet was my knight in shining armour, taking her time going over every possible option and giving her personal recommendations for what would make the job as easy and efficient as possible.

Janet is a true credit to the team and really couldn’t have done more unless she came to paint it herself!
