We visited this hotel in August and had an amazing time as a family of 5 holidays can be really expensive, this hotel was at a reasonable price & did not disappoint. My children are 5, 9 & 15 and there was something for all of them, even us adults.. the team we're full of energy & soo friendly. I have never been somewhere soo clean, it was immaculate. The food was always fresh & yummy.. none of us had a problem eating infact i ate too much 🤣 There are 2 pool, day time & night time entertainment and plenty going on. The hotel is far away from most things it took us 50mins in a private taxi to get there (if we'd of gone by coach it was 2.5 hours)
The beach is a short walk, which is small but beautiful, the hotel also offer a free shuttle bus into a small town & another beach. I can highly recommend this place, if your looking for something inexpensive and fun!!

The worst experience ever!
Some lady called Maria, senior sales adviser, changed the number of days of our vacation without informing us about it! Then when we was trying to change the nr of days as it should be, some guy (he didn't even give us his name) form customer service wanted to cheat us on money just like Maria did. First they are saying same different amount, and when you give them your card nr suddenly they give a completely different, much higher amount. I'm shocked that nowadays someone is so lying to people. I ask the guy from the customer service that I'd like to talk to someone above him, and he said that he is the manager and there is nobody above him, this is an absolute joke!!! There is nobody we can talk to and solve this problem.
You have really well trained people for the job, congratulations!

Had a great time here. Brilliant apartment Inc ceiling fans which was a blessing.Food n drink was good too.lots of choice. Staff that we asked help for ,were only too pleased to help.
I'd visit again. A great beach nearby too about 10 mins walk. Pool great too.

Just come back from hear, absolutely loved it. The food is great and the holtel is clean. The entertainment is brilliant always something to do. Weve Booked to come back next year 😁

We have used holiday discount centre 3 or 4 times. This will be my last . They will do everything for a sale full scale liars if they think they will pull the wool over my eyes they can think again. If you are going to book with this company pay with your Visa card that way you are protected.
I’ll be looking at full refund. And if I don’t get it I will contact my visa company .

Stayed at holiday Village Costa del sol fantastic hotel, entertainment excellent kids will love the pools and continued entertainment great for parents too love it so much I went twice

Stayed at the Holiday village Costa del sol , transfer from airport wasn't long ,when we arrived at the hotel check in was quick and our room was easy to find . Food excellent choice , water park that is included in the price was over a bridge and this was where you had your lunch too , the resort is great for kids

Stayed here before lockdown, it’s gorgeous, had a fabulous stay, booked for the sister hotel in Santa ponsa this August, I’m really excited hope it’s just as good.

Fabulous holiday where i visited numerous occasions with my daughter and husband.

Paid deposit for holiday then they increase overall price by £100 each, we asked for refund for 12 days, finally got an email saying they would refund us in 7 business days, that was 13 business days ago. Case is now with credit card company DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS

Is this just a big con to get your phone number or email address. I have been very very flexible in trying to get any price advertised. they say the same thing .this company need to be took of the internet. getting a price is like pulling teeth .

Both Holiday Discount Centre and Cheeky Trip complaints are handled by the same person. This leads me to believe that both companies are both run by the same individuals, no wonder they have such bad feedback.

I strongly recommend that you check out the atol registration numbers given on this 'comparison' site. In very many cases you will see that the companies offering different deals are actually the same company, trading under different names.

That's only the beginning. Unlike mainstream comparison sites, where what you are shown is an available holiday, at that price, which you can just book, when you call (the online chat doesn't work for ANY of the many supposed separate companies they are comparing, I strongly suspect they don't want to put anything in writing), they will try to charge you a LOT more, and give stupid excuses for why the price on the comparison site is not available (even though if you look again the next day, it will still be being touted).

I expressed interest in a 10 night deal in Egypt, and the price they quoted was much more than double the advertised price.

I have just enquired about a holiday on Holiday Discount Centre which was advertised for £417pp by Delta Holidays, they now tell me that the holiday was only a guide price and actually costs £599pp. What a total rip off, why are they allowed to advertise these holidays if they are not valid. This site should be taken down!

This website hosts travel agents that mis-advertise their pricing. For several years now I have made HDC aware that the travel agencies are advertising prices that don't exist. However it continues.
I called 27.01.22 for a deal to Turkey. I was told the advertised price (stated to be correct as at 04.29am 27.01.22) of £140pp was no longer available & best price was now £239pp.
I explained I had been told THE PREVIOUS DAY that the price of £140pp was no longer available & asked why they were still advertising it again the following day. A load of nonsense excuses followed.
In previous years, if HDC try to force the Travel Agent to give me the advertised price, the Travel Agent then processes it but claim my credit card has been declined. They have tried this ploy at least 3 times. Each time my card provider confirmed that NO requests were made to my card. So they basically lie to avoid giving me the price they advertised.
HDC have been made aware of all of this but this practice continues.
The only thing that seems certain is that you will NEVER get anything close to the advertised price.

Take the time to check the ATOL certificate of the Travel Agency. A high number of them are part of the same group with different names & phone numbers.

I have just spent the past 45 minutes dealing with 3 different agents for this Company about a price I had seen quoted on their website for a 2 week stay, including flights, on a half-board basis, at the Elysium hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, from November 20th. The 'live' website price was £614/person excluding baggage and transfers. I was then told three separate baggage prices of £60 , £65 and £70 return from different agents. In each case, the agent I chatted with on-line, or over the phone, confirmed the live price was for a 'promo room' so I enquired what this meant and in each case was told something different, including one version where there the room had 'no ensuite facilities' even though having stayed at the hotel several times in the past I was fully aware that ALL the rooms have ensuites! One agent even told me it was a basic room hidden in a corner of the hotel! And of course, they all then went onto to say that I could upgrade to a Deluxe Room at a much higher price than that being advertised. By the end of the conversations, the cheapest price 'available had miraculously increased from £679/person, inclusive of one 23kg baggage, to £899.50! I have kept a copy of the chat transcripts but the agents working for this site either have no idea what they are selling or else they are deliberately trying to lure consumers to their site with deals at prices that don't exist.

I just spent an hour on the phone to holiday discount centre, they were €50 cheaper than another company so we decided to book with them & pay in full. I spend a full 40 minutes giving a staff member my details to make sure they were 100% right. We explained that we wanted to fly from Shannon. We had agreed on a price. Card details were exchanged & just before sealing the deal he informed me there was a stop over in London. When I pulled him on it he said he would revert back to a direct flight & had the cheek to ask me for €300 extra for a direct flight!! I’m so angry he should have told me from the beginning that there was a stop over. The other company are now closed so I won’t be able to book until tomorrow & prices could go up over night. Not a happy customer

scammers arrived to majorca to find hotel cancelled we as to pay for the night to go to sleep then they moved to a hostel type hotel they couldn’t afford to pay or organise on the day we arrived as price increase from when we booked and payed for! they moved us to a crappy area and hostel type hotel with Dodgy electricals and dirty bed bugs we was only in the room 10 minutes bitten smells like fish rotten wood tiles on the floor pealing up

The customer service is extremely dissatisfactory, numerous occasions placed on hold and then they had hung up. Staff had ageeeded a timescale to return money and failed within the time scale further speaking with the team not one person could keep the same story ! Promised someone would cal back and never bothered nor explanation provided ! Still awaiting refund leaving me facing further difficulties trying to speak with the team to seek an update and when the refund will be processed.
