Staying at hoburne blue anchor Minehead would not recommend caravan is fantastic but site n staff don’t care advertising they have a shop which only sells sweets milk crisps they’re all in a cupboard staff can’t even smile😡😡😡😡

Stayed at the site in South Cerny for three nights, the site is lovely and has plenty of facilities for adults and children. Unfortunately we was a bit disappointed as my son spent a lot of time in the arcade as children do collecting tokens and had accumulated loads of them but on the day of departure the staff refused to open the gift shop so he could trade them in so he ended up having to give them away. i just feel they could have made more of a effort to either open the shop or offer a time to come back so he could trade the tokens in, i find this poor customer service as at the end of the day its a family site so should be very much focussed on children but seemed more focussed on serving alcohol instead.

My husband and I booked a long weekend break at Hoburne Naish and wow, what an experience, the staff were so friendly and we couldn't fault the customer service and facilities. The staff were always one step ahead, always going the extra mile and smiles all round.
The lodge itself was immaculate, spacious and perfect. We really enjoyed staying in The Glen with the hot tub.
We parks staff told us about a beautiful beach walk which we could access through the park and it was a lovely beach walk, almost private. The evening entertainment didn't fail to please, very fun and interactive. Its safe to say, we will back! Thank you to all the staff that made our weekend one to remember.

Wonderful break at Hoburne Mudeford near Christchurch. Excellent dog friendly caravan with a hot tub. Friendly staff, great pool and fun entertainment and entertainers for the kids. Really lovely food on site. Even the coffee was decent. A well run resort and would highly recommend!

Amazing staff, flexible and always wanting to be positive and supportive. They all went the extra mile. From security deszo through to the entertainment of Emily,Danni, and Sophie.
The bar staff were super aswell nothing was ever a problem. So thank you Victoria, Neal and Emma.

Hoburne Naish, Do not waste your money, over priced, expensive low standard food, rude staff, stayed at Haven parks for last 10 years, thought we would have a change......BAD IDEA. Had an awful unproved experience with the doorman, complained to management and got removed from the site having only been there 4 hours. No money back, DISGRACEFULL!!!

Have been here at bashley Park for almost two weeks,going home this coming Monday can't wait.midweek not so bad come weekend is when it goes down hill.
not a place for me.very limited food menu plus food not so good only ate here twice first time just about edible second time had to send it back manager was very obliging gave refund straight away,can say for definite will not be returning.noise unbelievable.
