Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, always happy to look up dvds for me and order them, they always have a smile, always make me feel that I am not wasting their time. Pleasant atmosphere and it is so nice going into HMV. I really love this shop, having time to go round it. They are brilliant

I should not have had to order this…
I should not have had to order this DVD. Andre Rieu is very popular in Worthing but only 2 copies were sent to that branch and sold very quickly, before I reached there, on the day of release. I could have bought it from elsewhere for delivery to me but I prefer to support my local shops.

I went online to order a CD, checked availability & was told 'in store'. I paid & pressed click & collect. Went in the next day to collect & was told it hadn't arrived yet. They could sell me the 'in store' CD and send back my order.????? Next day I received an email to collect.!!!!! Strange.

Brilliant and helpful service especially as staff were not familiar with the item that was only released 3-days peior to my visit.
