Great customer service

HMV experience
Beau who served me was very helpful in ordering me what I needed. He was very polite and my order came through very quickly and I got everything I needed. When I went back to receive my items I was served by a different person who was also very helpful and polite.

The lady working there at the Watford shop was very helpful when I asked about a GuGu dolls CD and placed the order into the shop for me. Very polite and patient when your computer system faltered

The package came in good conditions, although the website states that they “hope to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours” and mine was dispatched about 3-4 days after my purchase, but I must admit HMV is a really amazing shop with high quality products!
