Not helpful online or in store
For years i have vought at HMV, wont be goung in there again.
Not helpful online although just advised to return or go into store.
In store the woman was not helpful and rude, other staff members I dealt with were pleasant. She informed me a staff member made a pricing error and now given an item away cheap like it was my fault and stood there accusing them infront of me. There wasn't a pricing error when item was scanned.
Wouldn't honour a sale for something my friend bought and when I tried do same day they said it had been a mistake on price and I can return items i bought online. Sent pictures, etc of waht was bought and price and still told no.
There is a postage cost to return as can't get refund instore if bought online. The return is not really an issue as it states clearly on the website but its when they made a mistake on an item they sold with pricing and then won't honour it for me when given to one person already that's where the problem is.

Reliable service from a good company, and one of my favourite stores to browse and buy movies and music.
Very pleased with the service I received overall, the cost of post and packaging is much cheaper than some other companies, and the dvd I ordered was well wrapped and protected. The quality of the dvd was also very good!
