Store Visit
I went to my local HMV in Southend for several items. I found the store well set out and easy to navigate. There was one item I could not find so asked a member of staff who helped me try to find it. Unfortunately it was out of stock but the young lady offered to check stock and order the item to store for me. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Amazing.
