Great selection of items in store with some really good deals, but also the ability to access the whole online catalogue with free delivery to store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable so it is a good experience all round.

With the best of intentions you ordered me the wrong film with an identical title, but different director. Still, the film was interesting. The film I wanted was Exquisite Corpse directed by Kevin Jackson, not Lucia Vasallo.

As a regular user of this branch for online and in store orders, the staff provide a fantastic, prompt service. This was especially true recently when I was in collecting a parcel and two members of the public were causing a disturbance at the front desk. Staff are always friendly and professional and should be commended.

Using the pick and collect option was really convenient & cost effective. All you have to do is place an order online and then sit back. HMV will reach out to you with timely updates and pick up notice. It was a good experience for me.

Easy to order on line and collect

The Female member of staff in the store High Street Sheffield was efficient and handled the sale professionally, I was disappointedthat the C.D i wanted was not in stock, therefore I had to pay for Postage delivery.
My dissatisfaction was that the £2.99 delivery charge i had to pay, didn't get me quick delivery it was 4 days before I received my C.D. I believe I could have got quicker if not free despatch via a ebay supplier, though I don't know this for a fact.

The order was prompt, the service was good and communication was very good.

I find that HMV are very hit and miss kind of store, you never know if you will find that vinyl you have been looking for! But its always worth spending time to go through the crates as you will find some great bargains mixed in with the overpriced stuff.
I am a regular visitor to my local store and never come out empty handed. The staff are always very friendly and polite.
