Parcels arrived in mint condition
Parcels arrived in mint condition in a reasonable time. Assistant in the Nuneaton shop was helpful and knowledgeable.

No problems when returning
Although I had to return the t shirt due to it being damaged, it was easy to return and re-order a new one. There were no problems, they apologised for the hole in the shirt and happily ordered a new one. It arrived quickly and all in all it was a good experience.

Highly Recommend…
Ordering was easy and I was kept informed when my items were ready to collect. The staff in Nuneaton store are brilliant. So helpful and chatty. They really made me feel welcome and went out of there way to help me.
