HMV had what I needed at a competitive…
HMV had what I needed at a competitive price and made it easy for me to buy. Delivery was quick, and if I had time I would have stayed to listen to the live band that was playing, what a great atmosphere.

Hassle free exchanges
I'd purchased a product which had a defect, taken it back, was offered a refund or exchange. I chose exchange, unfortunately another one was not in stock in my local store, but it only took two days for one to be there, ready for collection. Nice staff, very helpful.
